Location
About the surrounding area of Sutivan Beach House IDiscover the charm of traditional island life on Brac, a central Dalmatian gem surrounded by the crystal-clear Adriatic and dotted with peaceful villages and stunning beaches. Known as the highest Adriatic island, Brac is home to Vidova Gora, a 778-metre peak offering panoramic views, accessible by foot or car.
Brac is famed for three things: white limestone, exceptional olive oil, and the iconic Zlatni Rat beach. The island’s limestone, still quarried today, has shaped buildings across Croatia, while its unique olive variety produces a rich, locally celebrated oil. Zlatni Rat, located in the lively town of Bol, is one of Croatia’s most famous beaches – a striking stretch of white pebbles extending into turquoise waters.
Beyond the coastline, Brac offers a taste of authentic Croatian culture. Visitors can enjoy fresh seafood, local wines, and traditional architecture, especially in Skrip, the island’s oldest village. Adventurous travellers can explore hiking trails, try water sports, or take ferries to neighbouring islands. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or exploration, Brac delivers a perfect balance of natural beauty, heritage, and local flavour.

Just 40 minutes away, on the south coast of the island, is the idyllic town of Bol, renowned for its beautiful beaches. Superb!
Superb beachfront property in the lovely town of Sutivan on the island of Brac. From every bedroom, you can see the sea and the beach is only a few meters away. Our host was very friendly. We hope to return one day!

Coming back for sure!
Ultra-modern villa that is well equipped and extremely clean. Our host were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach is just outside the villa and we loved to take a morning swim in a crystal blue sea. Villa also has a pool, but we used it at evening to cool down after a long and hot day of exploring this beautiful island! We are coming back for sure!
