This is the ultimate cosmopolitan party house, perfect for big groups to explore the charming, vibrant and super fun seaside city of Brighton!

Set over six floors, this bright house sleeps up to 32 guests over eleven bedrooms. Located a few minutes walk from the beach, this fabulous large holiday home benefits from views of the Brighton Pavilion and its lovely surrounding gardens.

The kitchen – decked out in simple white and grey - benefits from heaps of surface area for all those pots and pans as you cook up a storm, and it’s equipped with all mod-cons including three fridges; no need to worry about space when you’re stocking up on food (or booze!). The dining room can seat all 34 of you at one table – no mean fea(s)t! Why not organise for a private chef to come and cook for you for a celebratory meal to remember?

Leading off from the kitchen, you’ll find a breakfast room with a table for eight guests – maybe one for the early birds that rise and shine before the rest.

The spacious lounge complete with television also has seating for every guest, offering a great space for catching up, after dinner drinks, pre drinks, or winding down after a night on one of Brighton’s many renowned dancefloors.

Moving upstairs, the sleeping accommodation is simple and ample with a whopping 32 single beds in total. The eleven bedrooms benefit from lovely big windows that let natural light flood in, and the attic room has a stunning view out over the city and the famous domes of the Brighton Pavilion. If you’re celebrating with friends, having a family reunion or hosting a hen or stag party in one of the U.K’s most fun loving cities – this is the holiday home for you!

  • A wonderful stay

    on 19/02/2018

We were 26 people who stayed in this wonderful house. Where to begin: the living room and dining area are amazing. The photos on the internet almost Don't do the living room's size and seating justice. A really great area to fit everyone as was the dining area. The kitchen was great, had everything we needed loads of fridges, plates, glasses, dishwasher etc; a really nice touch that cleaning equipment included bin liners were provided...lots of houses don't provide this.
There were loads of bathrooms which meant no one was waiting to use them.
The location is fantastic, a short walk to the seafront or to the lanes/shopping.
The contact with the owner and the company was excellent- we were always well informed of everything.
If I needed a house with that many people again I would definitely book again!

  • Brilliantly central Brighton townhouse

    on 10/12/2017

I recently stayed here for a girlie weekend, the location is superb - central for shopping/bars and the beach - with the added bonus of looking out onto the Pavilion. We were a much smaller group than the 30 it caters for, but it still felt homely and warm. The decor is beautiful and the house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend!

  • Fabulous guest house in the centre of Brighton

    on 01/12/2017

I stayed at the pavilion guest house with a group of ‘Mum friends’ for a fabulous relaxing weekend away. The house is amazing- loads of space, great facilities, including a very well equipped kitchen, and it’s right in the centre of Brighton with fabulous views of the pavilion. It’s only a few minutes walk to Brighton pier, and to the fantastic Lanes shopping area. The rooms are really comfortable, many of them being en suite, so it’s a great place to stay for a large group of friends or families. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

  • Yummy Mummy's Weekend Escape

    Created on 30/11/2017

Fabulous house in amazing location. All the rooms are smartly decorated and well maintained. There are fabulous views of The Pavilion as a bonus! The lounge is modern and comfortable and there is a huge dining table which sits 30 if required. The house is within an easy walk to the Lanes, bars and restaurants. The house would equally suit family reunions. Highly recommend!

  • An excellent place to stay as a large family group

    Created on 06/01/2017

We had the most wonderful time staying at the Brighton Pavilion Townhouse to celebrate my 40th birthday. We were a mix of couples with and without children and the house and locality catered for both really well. The large dining room was wonderful to all eat together in and the lounge area accommodated us all for games and general fun. The house had EVERYTHING you would need and really was luxurious. There was plenty of hot water and the rooms were very comfortable and the house was warm. We will definitely go again.
