Good news, everyone!
Co-founders Oli and Ravi donned their DJs and headed off to gala even held by the British Travel Awards. As we’ve mentioned before, we were nominated for Best Villa/Self Catering Holiday Booking Company, and while we didn’t win the top prize, we still snagged bronze in the category! It’s better than getting a kick in the Speedos, and we also got a fancy certificate. Our mums were dead impressed.
Not only that, the feedback experts at Feefo ensured our customer service team got their due – we now come highly commended when it comes to looking after the lucky people who book with us!
