You’ll be jumping for joy off your own private jetty into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, when you vacation in Villa Roc in Kalamar Bay on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast. Villa Roc is located on the south coast of Turkey, near the holiday hot spot of exclusive Kalkan, and enjoys panoramic as far as the eye can see sweeping sea views. This stunning villa has four spacious double bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests, in some comfort, and a lot of style. The villa is perfect for a large family holiday or friends’ sharing get together. Villa Roc is a detached property, built over three floors, and set within its own grounds, with lawned gardens, a private swimming pool, and surrounded by a traditional stone wall. The villa is constructed out of classic local stone, and soft yellow painted plaster, nestled in the hillside, next to the sea. Villa Roc comes complete with a private parking carport, and complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. The interiors are light, bright, and airy, with floor to ceiling sliding doors that offer uninterrupted sea views. The furnishings are stylish and modern, the décor is a crisp clean white with highlights of primary colours, and the ambiance is one of cool, calming tranquillity.

Enter the villa at ground floor level, where you will discover your holiday home of light and airy open plan living. There are two seating areas, one with a comfy grey sofa and two contrasting yellow armchairs, a wooden coffee table, and picture window sea views, with access to the pool terrace. The other is a cosy corner with a brown leather sofa and chairs, a smart television, and an open fire for those cooler months and quiet evenings in. The adjacent dining set is a classic brown round table wooden with matching chairs, ideal for some impressive indoor entertaining. The smart white and black marble kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons you will need to cater for your holidays, including a huge American style fridge freezer, a built-in oven and hob, and a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar and stools. Take the open circular staircase to the first floor, where you will find two spacious double bedrooms. Each room has a double bed, wardrobes, make-up tables, and dressers, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and furnished sea view balconies. The second floor has two more identically furnished double bedrooms, each with twin beds, one with an ensuite bathroom, and the other with a separate bathroom in the hallway. The paved terrace is home to a stunning swimming pool with a waterfall shower, and sea views. The pool is surrounded by flamingo pink cushioned sun loungers, and shady parasols, and lush green lawns. A pergola covered soft seating area with a wicker sofa, chairs, and table set, sits of the cliff edge overlooking the sea, the perfect place to enjoy a sun downer at sun set. Dine under a twinkling sky at the eight seater table and chairs on the veranda, and raise a glass to a happy holiday. Take the seventy metre path down to the sea front, where you can sunbathe on the wooden platform, and dive into the cool clear Mediterranean Sea from your own private jetty.
