This superb recent addition to our portfolio immediately impresses with stylish, contemporary accommodation, a high-quality finish and a superb location within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the spectacular beach of Son Bou. Families, in particular, will appreciate the fully enclosed grounds which offer privacy and a shaded terrace for the hottest times of the day.

Days at the beach also do not have to involve taking the car, as the attractive 3 Km sandy stretches of Son Bou is easily reached on foot (700 metres respectively). Further highlights include splendid sea views, children’s play area and accommodation arranged over three independent levels which duly enhances privacy options for sharing parties. Comfortably furnished and very well-appointed, the interior abounds with imaginative decorative touches, courtesy of property owner.

Inside the villa, tasteful modern décor and comfortable furnishings are evident throughout, from the elegant living room to the open plan ultra-modern kitchen, with breakfast bar and bar stools.

Distributed over three floors, the main floor consists of a beautiful living room with plush sofas, an open plan kitchen and a separate utility room which leads out onto the outdoor dining terrace which is practical for summer dining with its fixed awnings offering shade when enjoying midday meals. On the same floor, there are two twin bedrooms, one situated off the hallway with a separate bathroom and the other is slightly larger and has an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the terrace.

On the first floor, there are the two master bedrooms each with stunning sea views and terraces. The first master has a double bed and its main feature is the spacious en-suite with sea views. Imagine the pleasure of your morning shower while admiring the views of the surrounding area.

The second master bedroom also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with built-in spacious closet. This room also has direct access to the terrace offering fantastic sea views. All of the bedrooms in Villa Marisa have a TV, a hair dryer and independent air conditioning also both master bedrooms each have a safe.

The third floor, which is the lower level, has a fabulous terrace with sun loungers and parasols, also it has a separate bathroom and another twin bedroom with en-suite which could be used as a guest room, service staff room, a nanny, a playroom for the children (as it has a PlayStation) or simply a quiet area for reading.

Villa Marisa is close to all amenities and walking distance to the beach of Son Bou. Son Bou is on the south coast approximately 25 mins., from the Airport. To get to Son Bou / Sant Jaime you travel through beautiful countryside and at the eastern end pass through a rock arch to 'suddenly' enter the resort which sits on ' longest beach at around 2.5 k.m. Mahon is about 30 minutes drive and Ciutadella about 35 minutes. Alaior old town is 15 mins by bus.

Son Bou is located on the south coast of Menorca and is in the municipality district of Alaior, being just 8km away.

Mahon the capital of Menorca is approximately 20Km away, so a journey from Menorca’s airport should take no longer than 30minutes.

Son Bou has three distinct areas Central Son Bou, San Jaime and Torre Soli Nou.

The beach as Son Bou is long, narrow and beautiful, measuring 3km in length with golden white sand perfect for families.

There are three beachside restaurants to choose from, it's in walking distance of the centre of Son Bou and San Jaime areas, however, some may well prefer a car to travel from Torre Soli Nou.

THE REGION

The resort of Son Bou in the municipality of Alaior, on the south coast of Menorca, is renowned for having the biggest and probably best beach on the island. The resort is located around 20 kilometres from the international airport at Mahon.

Son Bou is a well-developed area containing many restaurants offering a good range of British, Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean dishes, as well as numerous bars, some of which are themed to help entertain young ones.

While the resort is very popular for families, the sheer size of the beach makes it easy for those who prefer to avoid the little ones to find their ideal spots! There is an abundance of natural sand dunes that make a very pleasant backdrop.

Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
