Guests can sink into soft leather sofas in the lounge area to catch up on the latest movies or challenge each other on the Games Console. In the gleaming wooden style modern kitchen, you’ll find all the mod cons you need to indulge your cuisine creativity, ideal if you’re a keen chef eager to share some culinary skills with friends and family. Alternatively, if an ice cold beer and a few steaks on the barbecue is more your style of cuisine, then the outside barbecue on the terrace is another great option.

Five double bedrooms and four bathrooms are spread over two floors, all with unique contemporary furnishings and styled to the highest specification. The ground level has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, another two double bedrooms with single beds, plus an independent shower room. On the first floor, the stunning master bedroom comes equipped with a Queen size double bed, chaise longue sofa, TV and incredible views of the coast. Also on the first floor, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to a private terrace with sea views. 

The long, golden beach at Son Bou is famed for its lovely sand dunes and clear, shallow water and it’s easily accessible by foot from Villa Del Sol. It’s also just a short walk down into Son Bou where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, tennis courts, a bowling alley and a children’s play area.

  • Please note that whilst the nearest restaurant, village and beach are in walking distance, the villa sits on a hill and some of the route is unpaved, so a car is recommended
  • The pool is unfenced, so little ones must be supervised when playing around the pool area
  • Villa del Sol is located in a cul-de-sac and away from the buzz of the resort, making it ideal for those who favour a quiet getaway whilst still being close to the action

THE REGION

The resort of Son Bou in the municipality of Alaior, on the south coast of Menorca, is renowned for having the biggest and probably best beach on the island. The resort is located around 20 kilometres from the international airport at Mahon.

Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available at this property.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - Please note that the reception service is open from Monday to Saturday from 9am - 2pm (Sundays on request only) during the month of April. Between May & October reception will be open Monday - Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
