This charming villa resides in the lush hillside resort of Santo Tomas. Its location and exquisite coastal views makes this the perfect retreat for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in tranquil surroundings, with amenities on their doorstop and a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Menorca.  

Recently renovated, this 6 person property presents everything you will need to appreciate a comfortable and homely stay.  As you enter, you will find an open plan living/ dining area in pleasing modern décor, with a large dining table seating 6 from which to enjoy some homemade Menorcan cuisine. Next door there is a spacious contemporary designed kitchen, well equipped with everything you would expect in a modern kitchen. It also conveniently features an American breakfast bar. From the living room you will access one of two outdoor terraces, through large patio doors. So even from the relaxing retreat of one of the sumptuous sofas, you can enjoy those spectacular views. 

The villa comprises of 3 double bedrooms, all recently refurbished to offer elegant design and comfort. Two of which enjoy access onto the sun-strewn terrace. There are also two modern tiled bathrooms. 

The immediate terrace off the living area provides guests with a shaded haven,with comfortable seating and a dining area to ensure al fresco dining and refreshments even on the sunniest of days. Further along the terrace guests can enjoy sundowner cocktails on the traditional Menorcan seating area as they wait for the intrepid chef amongst you to cook up a feast on the impressive brick BBQ. 

Just a few steps down from the terrace you’ll find the inviting waters of the outdoor swimming pool, perfect to cool off in on those balmy afternoons. The pool area also affords reclining sunbeds to lie back in and let the Menorcan sun dry you off after your refreshing swim. Whether reading a book or simply appreciating the spectacular vista, you won’t want to move!

  • A car would be advisable during a long stay to explore further afield, as the peaceful resort could feel a little isolated
  • Nightlife in the area could seem limited to the night owls amoungst you.  But other livelier resorts are accessible by taxi.
  • Cleaning included for 7 night bookings, thereafter there is an extra charge

Santa Tomas is just 25km from the airport, lying on the southern coast of Menorca. You will be situated under an hour from the Island’s capital Mahon, ideal for a day trip to catch a recital at the Santa Maria Cathedral followed by a long leisurely lunch at one of the harbour-side restaurants.

Santo Tomas itself is a quiet self-contained holiday resort, set against a pine covered hillside backdrop and surrounded by countryside, only moments from one of Menorca’s most stunning stretches of coastline and the best beaches on the Island.

The town comprises of one main street, and a promenade, peppered with small shopping areas where you’ll find everything you need, from supermarkets, cafes, souvenir shops to even a bakery to get a warm fresh baguette. Santo Tomas offers relaxing low-key nights, whether enjoying the entertainment at the various hotels or in the small selection of bars and restaurants in the town. But if you want something a little livelier neighbouring Son Bou is a 25 minute taxi ride away.

The 3 km of pristine golden sand beaches in the area are a major draw. The crystal clear waters of this life guarded stretch of coast are perfect for whiling away hot sunny Menorcan afternoons. There are plenty of water sports on offer too; so all the family will be entertained. There are also less frequented virgin beaches a little further west for more secluded bathing. And for the more active amoungst you, take advantage of the beautiful coastal walks on offer in and around Santo Tomas.  There
is an area known as Es Migjorn offering very picturesque, hilly countryside ideal for walking or off track cycling.

THE REGION

Santo Tomas is situated in the municipality of es Migjorn Gran. It is just a stone's throw away from both Cala Galdana and Son Bou. This area has a very relaxing feel to the town, which feels more the way of a strip. It is ideal for couples and young families and has lots of entertainment at hotels and bars. There is plenty of activities for the kids too.

The town has a beautiful walk that surrounds the place and the beach of Santo Tomas. Undoubtedly, it's an excellent place to walk with the family. In addition, it has some children's parks, restaurants and pubs to enjoy a delicious cocktails.

Three beaches define Santo Tomas, San Adeodato beach, or Binicodrell, Sant Tomas beach, and Binigaus beach. This last one is the most famous as it used to be empty of people, and the turquoise waters are astonishing.

Security deposit €350 charged to client’s credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. A valid credit card is required on arrival or cash will be requested
