Casa Leo Cad is a lovely, comfortable four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa in the very popular resort of Binibeca Vell on Menorca. It is suitable for a family or group of friends up to 8. Binibeca’s 3km stretch is home to Binibeca Vell in the west through Binibeca Nou and onto Cala Torret in the East. The whole area is charming with whitewashed villas and apartments and a wonderfully quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Binibeca Vell has been tastefully developed over the years and offers a great selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and quaint shops. Casa Leo Cad is within walking distance of the old fishing village.
 
The outdoor spaces work so well in this villa with a larger than average pool and beautiful gardens with established planting. There are a fantastic barbecue and outdoor dining area – just perfect for those alfresco summer dinners! The sun loungers are comfortable and wonderful to pick up your holiday read on! There is also a lovely roof terrace with fabulous views – a great spot for an evening drink watching the sun going down!
 
The immaculate kitchen has just been installed and offers everything you would wish for a self-catering break. The open-plan lounge and dining area is very comfortable though it is likely you will want to stay outside for most of the time! The lounge has a TV with all the UK channels. There are 3 charming twin bedrooms and one king-size room. The king and one twin have en-suite bathrooms, and the other 2 bedrooms share the other bathroom.
 
Casa Leo Cad really is a lovely comfortable villa with a quiet spot. It is a great place to relax and unwind from everyday life.

Casa Leo Cad is a beautiful, spacious, well equipped four bedrooms, three bathroom villa in the popular resort of Binibeca Vell. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Walking distance from the old fishing village of Binibeca with plenty of restaurants to choose from, in addition Binibeca Nou is a short walk away with further restaurants and the very pretty Binibeca Beach.

Binibeca Vell is an appealing, idyllic, old traditional Menorcan fishing village in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is very picturesque with its whitewashed villas and is ideal for families with its traffic-free zone. Local suppliers offer their produce at markets held near the fishermen's village. There is no skyline destroying hotels here. It is lovely to meander through the labyrinth of cobbled streets in Binibeca to cool down on a sunny afternoon and make a few purchases at the unique boutiques. There are lots of leather goods to purchase!
 
The wonderful beach is at Binebeca Nou with fine white sand, shallow blue water and protected on both sides by dramatic rocks making it great for snorkelling. In the summer months, there are kayaks and electric fun boats to hire as well as sunbeds and parasols. The ice cream stall is very popular! There are also tennis courts, bars and restaurants to visit and enjoy.
 
Cala Torret on the east side is home to Binibeca Diving and offers boat and kayak hire as well as diving and snorkelling courses. There are plenty of waterfront bars and live music. Why not sample a delicious cocktail at the lounge at Sa Naveta?
 
It is just a 20-minute drive to the picturesque capital, Mahon, a lively city rich in history, culture and entertainment. Close to the Placa Espanya is the pretty 18th century Gothic Carme church. The 18th century Xoriguer Gin Distillery is definitely worth a visit, and there are many cute shops selling leather, pottery and clothes. The early morning fish market is fascinating to walk through with its huge piles of colourful fish. Mahon is well known for its upmarket nightlife and waterfront bars and clubs.
 
Sant Lluis is an interesting town which was founded by the French in 1761 and built around the large whitewashed church. The Es Moli de Dalt windmill is fully restored and open to the public.

Casa Leo Cad is a great villa for families. It is so spacious and comfortable. Children will love the pool and garden and when they are tired it will be great to put some UK channels on the TV.
 
The area is well organised for families with great entertainment. The beach is absolutely wonderful with watersports to make it even more fun in the summer. The surrounding countryside is perfect for cycling, walking or horse riding. Binebeca Diving offers courses for diving and snorkelling as well as hiring kayaks and other equipment. There are so many caves to explore and incredibly colourful fish to spot amongst them. You can take glass-bottomed boat trips from various resorts to view sea life and rocks.
 
Children will enjoy catching the little summer train that runs from Binibeca Vell through Binibeca Nou, Binebeca Torret and Punta Prima, another popular resort. Punta Prima has a fabulous beach and the Barcelo Pueblo Water Park, which will be thrilling for children. They will love lazing in rubber rings around the meandering lazy river as well as plunging down the slides and tunnels.

Younger children will be very happy in the water-play area. Again, there are no high rises in Punta Prima but plenty of restaurants and bars. The resort overlooks the famous ‘Isla Del Aire’, a small island with a lighthouse and small harbour for yachts.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
