The villa features two separate well-equipped kitchen spaces, both bursting with all of the appliances, cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals for your guests during your stay. The ground floor kitchen, which offers guests direct access to the garden and pool area, has dazzling whitewashed walls, which are offset by traditional wooden ceiling beams and features a traditional-style built-in brick grill and a large wooden dining table with chairs and bench seating. A second independent kitchen is located on the first floor, featuring a more modern style in shades of cream and white, and is complete with an integrated oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a small dining table. This unique layout makes Villa Titina a fabulous choice for two or more families or larger friendship groups holidaying together, allowing for more private meal times when required.
Villa Titina’s five elegantly decorated bedrooms are spread over two storeys, with the first four located at ground level. Here you’ll find two spacious doubles and two twin rooms, all with adequate storage and beautiful views, and all sharing a modern bathroom with shower facilities. The fifth bedroom, decorated and furnished to the same high standard as the rest of the villa, can be found on the first floor. This good-sized double room benefits from an ensuite bathroom and is ideal for a couple who are holidaying with a larger family group.
Outdoor spaces include a private garden area with lawn surrounds and stylish loungers - perfect for laying back with a cocktail and soaking up the sun! The villa’s private pool is accessible by steps, making it easy for guests of all ages to get in and out of the water safely. Alfresco meals can be enjoyed on the first-floor dining terrace - accessible from the lounge area - where guests can enjoy more of those breathtaking sea views while dining together as a group.

The resort and beach here are joined with Son Xoriguer and is a popular holiday destination with families thanks to its year-round warm climate and upbeat atmosphere.
The beaches at both Cala’n Bosch and Son Xoriguer are among the most stunning on the island, with crystal clear waters that lap the soft white sands, excellent facilities and a range of water sports to enjoy, such as kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, canoeing and water skiing. If you’re hungry after a day of sun, sea and surf, Oliver recommends heading to the marina, where you’ll find a wide array of bars and restaurants to enjoy - everything from fine-dining seafood restaurants to cheap and cheerful takeout establishments.
The town of Cala’n Bosch is a wonderful place to spend your time, with a modern, buzzing atmosphere and a beautiful marina. There are more seafood restaurants here to enjoy, serving up more traditional cuisine, as well as little stalls selling local artisan arts and crafts. If you’re travelling with very young children, have limited mobility, or simply want to save your legs, you can explore the area via the mini train, which runs around the whole resort and into neighbouring Son Xoriguer.
All of the amenities and facilities you’ll need during your stay can be found here, including bars, supermarkets, banks and chemists, but for a more substantial shopping experience, we recommend heading into the nearby town of Ciutadella. Offering more than just shops, restaurants and bars, visitors to the former capital can also enjoy history and culture, and a visit to the city’s 14th-century cathedral is considered an absolute must-see for anyone visiting what the guidebooks describe as ‘Menorca’s prettiest city’. Built atop an old mosque, the cathedral is one of the most beautiful on the island, bursting with light, decorative elements, and beautiful stained glass windows that create colourful patterns on the stone when the sun streams through. Guests should note that the entrance fee includes access to the cloisters - so be sure to hold on to your ticket once you’ve entered the cathedral. Admission for children under the age of 12 is free, and ‘appropriate dress and behaviour’ is required, as the cathedral is an active place of worship.

Pure white sand and crystal clear waters, together with all the amenities you could wish for and an upbeat atmosphere. This is Cala’n Bosch, in Menorca. The modern resort of Cala’n Bosch can be found on the extreme southwest coast of Menorca, approximately 10km south of Ciutadella and some 56km west of Mahon and Menorca’s International airport.
Cala’n Bosch is a modern resort town with a beautiful harbour, which is the place to head in the evenings to soak up the lively atmosphere and enjoy a wonderful seafood meal. Here there are stalls selling wonderful local artisan arts and crafts. If you want to explore the town the lazy way, there is a mini train which runs around the resort and into the neighbouring district of Son Xoriguer.
The town offers all the amenities and facilities you need to enjoy your holiday, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and chemists. For a more substantial shop, you should visit the nearby town of Ciutadella. The beaches of Cala’n Bosch and Son Xoriguer are to die for; crystal clear waters lap gently along the pure white sand. They also provide an excellent water sport environment and good facilities.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Titina is a real family home-from-home, making it an ideal choice for larger family groups with children. The garden and pool terrace are secure and private, surrounded by hedges and stone walls for your peace of mind, although parents should be aware that the pool is unfenced and the walkway around it is narrow in places.
A choice of twin and double rooms will make sleeping arrangements easy for those with children, and there’s plenty of space both inside and out to dine and relax together as a family, as well as some familiar home comforts such as TV, DVD player and WiFi. The villa is within easy walking distance of fantastic amenities, including a supermarket, restaurants and shops, so venturing out with the kids will be pleasantly stress-free, even for those who are using buggies or pushchairs.
This well-developed resort features two beautiful beaches, both with soft white sands and clear waters, so a day of paddling and sandcastle-building is a must if you have younger children. For older kids and teens, there is a wide range of watersports and activities on offers here, such as paragliding, jet skiing and flyboarding. For a quieter day out, the marina offers the perfect spot for a family stroll, and the kids will enjoy seeing the speed boats and fishing boats that are anchored here. You’ll find plenty of family-friendly restaurants to enjoy, as well as lots of places where you can book boat trips and excursions.
If you have access to transport, the former island capital of Ciutadella is around 7 km from the villa, and is full of historical sites for the kids to explore, including the Fortaleza de la Mola, a 19th-century fortress that is a popular attraction with families. This fascinating, imposing structure is a great place to bring younger children, where they are welcome to run around and explore. Oliver recommends visiting in the early morning or late in the afternoon if you are visiting with kids, as the temperature can soar around midday, and there are few shaded areas.
