Indoor to outdoor living here is absolutely seamless, with wide, well-covered dining and lounge terraces oozing out into the gardens - you certainly won’t be short of places to relax and soak up the atmosphere here! The decor throughout is dazzling white, with glorious furnishings for the ultimate in luxury. The interior lounge features a classy floral motif, with designer-style sofas and armchairs and beautiful wall art. This bright, open living space incorporates ample room for dining, with a glass-topped table offering the perfect spot for enjoying indoor meals and offering easy access to the wonderful outdoor terraces. The kitchen here is modern, stylish and as well-equipped as you would expect, including a washing machine - perfect for those enjoying an extended stay here at Villa Cioni.
The villa’s bedrooms are equally elegant and stylish, decorated to the same high standard as the rest of the villa, with a classy white colour palette punctuated by contemporary prints and beautifully-crafted furnishings. Guests can choose from two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the terrace, and both complete with a dressing room and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. Two twin bedrooms, also with direct access to the terrace and dressing rooms, feature ensuite bathrooms with modern walk-in shower facilities. Villa Cioni’s fifth bedroom is a beautiful single, also with an ensuite shower room and featuring a flatscreen TV for your entertainment.
The outdoor spaces at Villa Cioni are equally breathtaking, with two covered terraces to enjoy. The terrace at the front of the property features fully-furnished relaxation areas, as well as a stylish bar with seating and a large dining area. At the back of the property, you’ll discover a covered area for enjoying breakfast, complete with a Weber barbecue grill, and affording guests access to the living room and kitchen.
In the villa’s gardens, there is another spacious dining area located under an arbour - a fantastic space for enjoying after-dinner drinks and conversation with your guests. There’s also a second outdoor lounge area and an outdoor shower, as well as a large private swimming pool, which is easily accessible via steps, making it easy for guests of all ages to get in and out of the water with ease.

About the surrounding area of Villa CioniVilla Cioni enjoys a prime location in the popular resort town of Son Parc, just a few from Arenal Son Saura beach and the only golf course on the island. The beach is undoubtedly one of the biggest attractions here, boasting clean, golden sands and clear, shallow waters - in fact, in some places, the surf is barely knee-deep, making it a popular choice for families with young children. For peace of mind, there is a lifeguard on duty here, and it’s a fantastic spot for snorkelling. Amenities include a parasol and sunbed hire, toilets, and disabled access - and there are some nearby beach bars where you can grab snacks and refreshments. If you want to try your hand at watersports, you’ll find plenty available here at Arenal Son Saura, including jet skiing, water skiing and windsurfing.
Son Parc Menorca Golf Club is home to the island’s scenic 18-hole golf course - a challenging but forgiving course that is ideal for novices and experienced golfers alike, with wide fairways and large greens. Walking, cycling and horse riding are also popular pastimes with visitors to the area, so if you’re looking to fill your day with interesting and fun activities, you couldn’t be in a better place!
This self-contained resort is set in a pretty valley, offering guests hillside and pine forest views, and is perfect for couples and families who want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday. You’ll find plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the resort, including pizzerias, gastro pubs, and fine dining establishments, so it should be easy to find something to suit all tastes and budgets.
If you want to venture a little further afield to see more of what the island has to offer, the capital Mahon is just a short drive away and is a lively and popular spot bursting with bars, restaurants and attractions. THE REGION
Arena D'en Castell is located on the northeast coast of Menorca, within an easy bus ride of other towns to visit. Arenal den Castell is the fourth most prominent resort on Menorca and is on the eastern side of Menorca, where most of the island's attractions are located.
The bay at Arenal d'en Castell is as close to a near-perfect horseshoe as you can get. The headlands on the waters' horizon close in so much so that you think you might be standing by a large saltwater lake. While some areas behind the beach have been developed, the varying ground height levels mean it's more natural than it might first appear in photographs. The eastern end of the resort and beach is more naturally intact with wooded areas and sand dunes and is where most of the private villas and apartments are located.
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Cioni is the ideal accommodation for larger family groups and provides a wonderful, safe space for children, thanks in part to its single-storey layout - ideal for younger children who aren’t able to easily navigate stairs. It is worth noting that there are some steps outside the villa leading up to the terrace, so the little ones will need to be well supervised if they are unsteady on their feet. There are plenty of spacious areas for the kids to explore during their stay, and keeping them out of the midday sun during their stay is easy as there are plenty of covered outdoor areas for dining and playing.
A mix of double, twin and single rooms here mean that it should be easy to accommodate everyone, and the addition of a cot and highchair will be a welcome sight for those travelling with very young children. All of the bedrooms here at Villa Cioni are ensuite, which is incredibly convenient when you’re all trying to get ready at once!
The icing on the cake for the kids is going to be the villa’s private pool, which is accessed by steps rather than a ladder, making it ideal for the kids. Parents should note that the pool is unfenced, so young children will need to be well-supervised while playing near the water.
A day at the beach is an absolute must while in Menorca - particularly if you are with the kids - and the nearby beach at Arenal Son Saura is a wonderful place to spend the day. It’s easily accessible for those with limited mobility and for pushchairs and prams, and amenities such as parasol hire, lifeguards and nearby beach bars mean that the adults can relax while the kids play on the clean sands and paddle in the clear shallow waters. You’ll find plenty of family-friendly restaurants in the area if you want to eat out, featuring menus to suit a range of tastes and budgets, as well as shops, attractions, and places to buy souvenirs. Son Parc is a very centralised area, so it’s easy from here to explore more of the island either by car or bus, so you won’t be short of things to do with the kids if you want to travel a little further afield.

Viajamos mucho y solemos reservar a través de esta plataforma u otras similares y la vivienda de Karine es, sin lugar a dudas, la mejor en la que hemos estado. Es tal cual reflejan las fotografías y el video. Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila, a media hora andando de la playa mas cercana. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. Las zonas comunes espectaculares, llenas de elementos en los que no se ha escatimado su calidad. Ideal para disfrutarla en familia o con amigos. Si la casa brilla por su belleza, la atención de Karine no solo está a su altura, sino que la supera. Nunca habíamos tenido la fortuna de estar alojados en una vivienda en la que estuviéramos tan bien atendidos. La categoiría "Premium" se le queda pequeña a Karine. Sin lugar a dudas, repetiremos.
