Villa Violeta is a beautiful two storey house, situated in a rural area on the outskirts of village of Búger and a few minutes from the village of Sa Pobla. This is the ideal location for those who want to holiday away from the main tourist areas of Mallorca, finding themselves a tranquil spot to enjoy a holiday retreat.
The villa sleeps six people in three double bedrooms, perfect for a family or group of friends. There is an elegant, relaxing ambience throughout, allowing you to settle in from the moment you enter the door. On the ground floor you find a cosy living room with satellite TV, there is also a large open plan kitchen/dining room ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up some summer feasts whilst looking out the windows to the picturesque surroundings of the villa. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There are a further two double bedrooms on the first floor and another bathroom. All the bedrooms are light and airy, perfect for getting a good night sleep with no alarm to wake you up in the morning!
From the kitchen, you can access the terrace, where the desirable pool is surrounded by grass and a large barbecue area. There are plenty of options of places to relax, read your book, soak in the sunshine or socialise with your friends or family. The barbecue and outdoor dining area provide the perfect opportunity for al-fresco dining and cooking.
If you can resist the temptation to spend your whole holiday by the pool, then why not head into the village of Búger to try some authentic Spanish Tapas plates, a glass or two of local wine and a chance to practice your Spanish!

- Due to the peaceful, rural location we would recommend a car so you can access all the surrounding areas
- When in Spain, act as the Spanish do and remember the Siesta!

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa VioletaBuger has a small community, making up the smallest municipality on Mallorca, and is situated approximately 40km north of the capital Palma. What the municipality lacks in size it more than makes up for in natural beauty. The ‘Torrent de Buger’ watercourse forms a natural boundary to the south and makes for a beautiful walk as it flows through the ancient oak forests and past the old Majorcan water mill.
With the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa not a far drive away, there are plenty of things to see and do, making this a great holiday location.

THE REGION
Sa Pobla is a small municipality with around 12,000 inhabitants, which is situated in the centre of Mallorca, between Inca and Alcúdia. Sa Pobla is known for its agriculture and the humble potato, in particular, gets a lot of attention here as it is exported to many countries and a festival is even held in its honour each year.
The town of Sa Pobla is partly on the Albufera nature reserve (Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca), a protected wetland area. The nature reserve is particularly good for bird watching as well as hikes and walks.
