Villa Arbocera is a beautifully presented single-storey villa designed for relaxation and comfort, ideal for families with children, older guests, and those with reduced mobility. Set in a quiet residential area, it is just a short drive from the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia, making it a well-placed base for a family escape. The villa combines privacy and convenience in a calm, welcoming setting.

Inside, the spacious open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen create a bright, sociable heart to the home. Light, neutral décor, white walls, tiled floors and beamed ceilings enhance the sense of space, while large windows fill the interiors with natural light. Sumptuous seating, a flatscreen TV and a generous dining table provide space to relax and gather, and the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample preparation space ensures effortless mealtimes.

The villa offers four well-appointed bedrooms—two doubles, one twin and one single. Three include built-in wardrobes, while the master benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. Four modern bathrooms, each with walk-in showers and stocked with shower gel, shampoo and hand soap, add further convenience. Outside, landscaped gardens surround a private 10m x 5m swimming pool accessed by steps, while a covered terrace with barbecue, table tennis table and trampoline complete the setting, alongside air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities for a comfortable stay.

Update February 2026: We wish to inform clients that a new villa is under construction on the plot opposite. Work takes place during normal daytime hours, with some construction noise possible, however the works are completely out of sight on the north side, so terraces, pool, garden, and most bedrooms remain unaffected.
