The exterior of this property makes use of a minimalist colour scheme, using an off-white fence to give guests that added sense of privacy. The large swimming pool in the centre of the grounds is perfect for cooling off and having fun after a long day of exploring. The pool is surrounded by a selection of high-quality sun loungers and a cobbled decking area. The outdoor areas of this property also include a widespread garden area equipped with an expansive and expertly manicured lawn. The outdoor porch area is ideal for an array of outdoor dining experiences, ensuring guests can enjoy a collection of amazing meals whilst gazing out at the beautiful views before them.
 
Moving inside the property, Villa Alemania is decorated with a sense of opulence and luxury in mind. The considerable lounge area combines crisp white walls with incredible marble flooring. In turn, this easily creates a bright and open space for guests to enjoy. The lounge area also contains an assortment of plump sofas and armchairs, ensuring that guests find comfort wherever they choose to relax. The dining area includes a long table with a set of matching chairs. This space is perfect for communal meals and allows the whole family to sit together and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen also follows a similar minimalist theme, using a set of large glass doors that lead guests straight out into the garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests would need to make themselves feel right at home. The ground floor is also home to the first two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a spacious double bed and has access to a full bathroom. The second bedroom makes use of a pair of single beds and even has access to its own en-suite bathroom.
 
On the upper level of this property, you will find the other four bedrooms. The third bedroom also has a double bed and has access to the outdoor balcony area. As such, guests can awake each morning and watch the sunrise over this magnificent property. The other three bedrooms all contain a pair of single beds. Therefore, these rooms are ideal for children or for guests who would prefer to sleep separately.

Villa Alemania is just 1.5km away from the centre of Puerto Pollensa, giving guests a sense of peace and quiet but also keeping them close to a wide selection of amenities. This town centre is filled with an abundance of historical landmarks, truly exemplifying the rich legacy of the region. The Church of Our Lady of the Carmen has been a central landmark within the region since 1918, attracting tourists from far and wide to take a look at the incredible artefacts. Inside this spectacular Church, you will find an array of amazing sculptures, such as a boat with the Virgin of Carmen and the child Jesus inside. This is one of the most significant altarpieces and should not be missed. The Church of Our Lady of Carmen is just over an hour away from the centre of Port de Pollensa.
 
The town centre of Pollensa is less than a 15-minute drive away from the centre of Port de Pollensa. This gives guests a whole new area to explore and discover. In the main square of Pollensa resides the Pollensa Museum, a free attraction with a far-reaching history. This museum was built between 1588 and 1616, hosting a large collection of Gothic altarpieces from that era. In the 1960s, the Pollensa Museum was acclaimed at the Summer Exhibition of Painting, allowing the landmark to finally be founded in 1975. The Pollensa Museum is open every weekday between 10 am and 2 pm, giving guests enough time to explore this attraction during their stay in Pollensa.
 
Pollensa is also home to a large local market, drawing both tourists and locals to the centre of the main plaza every Sunday. Pollensa Market contains over 300 stalls, all of which sell a variety of goods from a selection of native merchants. Guests are encouraged to take their time and browse through the stalls, picking up some artisan clothes, bags, and other souvenirs. The merchants also provide a range of fresh fruit and vegetables. Therefore, guests have the opportunity to explore more of Pollensa’s rich heritage through its outstanding local produce. Pollensa Market operates on a weekly basis and is open from 8 am till 1:30 pm.

Just over 10-minutes away from the centre of Port de Pollensa resides the tremendous Alzinaret Caves. These wondrous caves date back to the prehistoric era, meaning that they are packed full of history and intriguing structures. Alzinaret Caves were first recorded by Wilfred Hemp back in 1927. As such, one of the caves named Number 7 of Hemp acts as a shrine to this brave and iconic archaeologist. There are over 14 caves to explore, giving guests an in-depth experience of some of Pollensa’s most ancient landmarks. Plus, there is a collection of seating areas outside of the caves for guests who do not want to enter.
 
If your family is looking to learn more about Pollensa’s rich and complex history, Placa de l’Almonia is the ideal location for European history fanatics. This square can be found just over 10-minutes away from the Port de Pollensa and is home to a large house that acted as a safe haven for some of Pollensa’s poorest residents back in the 16th century. Placa de l’Almonia is also known for being the central battleground during the war between the locals and those who ambushed the town on 30th May 1550. Thus, the locals hold a remembrance ceremony on 2nd August every year to praise those who defenced this idyllic town.
