An incredible three-bedroom villa located in the idyllic region of Puerto Pollensa, Gotmar Port is nothing short of true luxury. When you first arrive outside of the property, you will be taken aback by the expansive heated swimming pool that is surrounded by a perfectly crafted lawn. This is the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and even includes a set of sun loungers. Additionally, Gotmar Port is home to an amazing outdoor terrace. This area is covered from the sun, making it the ideal place for outdoor dining experiences.
As you enter the villa, you will see the lounge/dining area. This room was designed with comfort and tranquillity in mind, seen by the pair of plump cream sofas that sit in the centre of the room. The crisp white walls effortlessly accentuate the light brown window frames, helping to create a soothing colour scheme throughout the property. Moreover, the dining area adds a few modern touches to this traditional home. The glass-topped dining table is circled by a group of large white chairs, helping to create a suitable family dining space. Gotmar Port shows its true beauty in its kitchen. Equipped with rustic blue and white tiles as well as a selection of turquoise cupboards, you will feel right at home in this cosy and homely kitchen.
The first bedroom within this property is the master bedroom, which can be found on the first floor. Fitted with two single beds, these can be pushed together to create a unique and spacious double bed. The canopy that lays over the bed gives guests an added sense of serenity, ensuring that they sleep peacefully during their stay. This room also has access to an en-suite bathroom that includes a deep and irresistible bathtub.
On the ground floor, you will find the other two bedrooms. Both of these rooms use a pair of single beds that can be pushed together to create a double bed. The second bedroom uses the same colour scheme as the living area, creating a sense of unity throughout the property. Furthermore, this bedroom allows guests to travel through to the terrace area, giving a more open and airy feel. The third bedroom contains a widespread collection of built-in wardrobes, giving the room a traditional and comforting atmosphere. This bedroom also includes a large en-suite bathroom that uses both a bath and a shower for added convenience.

The exterior part of this property allows guests to play and relax as they please. The newly-built barbecue area that lies within the outdoor terrace is the perfect asset to any outdoor dining. As such, you can cook and enjoy delicious meals whenever you like. Not to mention, the 9 x 5m heated swimming pool is a real treat for all guests, allowing them to unwind and splash around in the warm water.
This property is just a short walk away from Puerto Pollensa, providing you with a varied assortment of bars, restaurants, and shops for you to explore. Furthermore, Gotmar Port is just 700 metres away from the awe-inspiring beach at Puerto Pollensa. Take some time to sink deep into the warm white sands and listen mindfully to the soothing waves. This beach is 1.5km long and provides spectacular views of the mountains on the Formentor peninsula from any point. This location has welcomed tourists for many years and provides for them in the best way possible. There is a collection of public toilets and other amenities, making it an accessible landmark for a variety of guests. If sunbathing is not your favourite activity, this beach also offers a collection of watersports activities. Just a 5-minute walk from Port de Pollensa, this unique square gives tourists the chance to step back into 19th century Spain and see how communities lived and worked back then. The square takes its name from an acclaimed Spanish composer Miquel Capllonch, giving the location a creative and wondrous atmosphere. Verge del Carme is the area’s local church and has been standing in the same spot since 1940. Filled with Neo-Gothic style, this incredible church includes a collection of iconic Catholic art and allows guests to explore its beauty at their own pace.

Best Suited For: All AgesAlthough Gotmar Port does not accept large groups of teenagers, it is still considered an ideal place to stay if you are travelling with toddlers or young children. The picturesque Mediterranean garden is the perfect space for children to run around and play games. The bedrooms within this villa are composed of single beds. In turn, each room can be customised depending on how many children you have, ensuring that each child has their own bed to rest in each night.
The waters surrounding Puerto Pollensa are filled with an abundance of amazing creatures. If you are looking for an interesting way to see these creatures in their natural habitat, Tour2b DMC provides a range of interactive tours. Their glass boat tours depart from Transports Maritims BRISA, which is just a 19-minute drive away from the Port of Pollensa. Here you will be able to see a school of dolphins leaping in and out of the waves as the glorious sun rises behind them. This particular tour lasts around 3 hours, giving guests enough time to see this phenomenon in full detail. The tour ends in your original location, making it easy to travel to and from the attraction. Prices start at around €49 per adult, €38 per child, and children under two can enter for free.
Children often wish to seek out a little more adventure whilst on holiday. In that case, they will love Maraventura Sports Park, located on the waters off the Port of Pollensa. The bright and luminous inflatables make this a location that you can see for miles whilst on the beach. Made up of lots of inflatable slides, ramps, stairs, and trampolines, children are encouraged to race around this thrilling obstacle course as many times as they please. This high-intensity attraction places safety at the forefront of everything, providing every child with their own life jacket and constant supervision. The park is open from 10 am till 7 pm, making this a very accessible attraction that can be visited at any time. The cost of this attraction varies depending on the duration of your stay. Prices start at €10 an hour per child, whilst a whole day pass only costs €25 each.
