A spacious and modern villa located in Puerto Pollensa, Casa Magallanes offers guests everything they would need to enjoy a spectacular and restful holiday. The exterior of this property is surprisingly large and places a refreshing swimming pool in the centre of the grounds. In turn, guests are welcome to dive into the soothing coolness of the water at any point throughout their stay. In addition to these wonderful amenities, Casa Magallanes is also home to a varied selection of outdoor seating and dining areas. As a result, guests can use these remarkable spaces to indulge in a series of al fresco dining experiences and spend some quality time together as a group.
 
The interior of this property exudes an elegant and simplistic theme, creating a very beautiful and contemporary holiday home. The living area makes use of a collection of bright white walls, which help to contrast the array of black leather seating arrangements that are scattered throughout the space. Therefore, guests can use these sofas to kick back and reminisce about their favourite parts of the day. Moving on to the dining area, this space includes a quaint circular wooden table that is accompanied by a set of matching wooden chairs. This is an ideal space for guests to use as they enjoy their daily meals and gain a good start to the day ahead. The kitchen within this villa also adheres to a sleek and modern style, as seen by the stunning assortment of silver surfaces. As such, guests are encouraged to experiment with their cooking skills in this attractive and resourceful area.
 
In this property you’ll find three irresistible bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom, as it presents an expansive double bed that has been decorated with ample and crisp bed linens. This room also provides access to an opulent en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms both contain a pair of single beds. This means that these rooms are suitable for small children or for couples who prefer to sleep separately. In addition, one of these bedrooms also includes an en-suite bathroom.

Puerto Pollensa is an idyllic location that is able to attract and entice any type of tourist with its outstanding array of popular landmarks. If you are looking to explore one of the region’s finest golf courses, a trip to Golf Pollensa is a perfect way to do so. This institution showcases an extensive 18-hole course that is placed amongst a plethora of awe-inspiring panoramic views. Guests are free to observe the natural beauty of this area as they explore the course in more depth. To add to its arsenal of success, the course was renovated in 2000 by Michael Pinner, a renowned architect who is known best for his work in the golf industry. The course also focuses heavily on a wealth of sustainability practices by only using purified water in its lakes. This is in accordance with the enforced laws found throughout the Balearic Islands. Golf Pollensa is situated around 15-minutes away from the centre of the region.
 
This area is also recognised for its transformative food scene, with Tolo’s being a fan favourite amongst tourists and locals. This vibrant restaurant focuses on the more traditional elements of Mediterranean cuisine, serving delectable dishes such as authentic paella as well as a decadent hamburger served with rich local cheese. If you are looking to stay firmly within your comfort zone, this establishment also provides a large English breakfast to ensure that British travellers do not feel too far away from home. Tolo’s can be found just under 5-minutes away and welcomes guests every day from 8 am till 11 pm.
 
If you are travelling to Puerto Pollensa in February, then you have the chance to visit the incredible Mallorca Carnival. This intoxicating event expresses a variety of amazing events, such as decorative floats and fun games, as well as an abundance of food and drink options. Plus, as this region is surrounded by crystal clear water, watersports, such as kitesurfing, are a sought-after activity. Establishments such as Mallorca Kiteboarding supply guests with a vast selection of kitesurfing lessons and resources. As part of the Fast Track Beginner Course, guests will first be given an in-depth safety briefing that details all of the key principles of this exhilarating sport. Once you feel completely safe and confident, you will have the chance to dive into the activity and explore this amazing region from an entirely new perspective. Mallorca Kiteboarding can be found in the Port Blue Resort and Spa, which is just under 10-minutes away.
 
This region is also known for its stunning selection of beaches, such as Formentor Beach, which is based about 20-minutes away. Here, you will uncover a flawless beach that is nearly 1km, allowing guests to explore the soft golden sand at their own pace. This beach is also equipped with calm water, meaning that is stable for children to swim in and even engage in a new collection of watersports. When you have finished exploring this incredible landmark, guests are encouraged to try a few local delicates from the assortment of inviting bars and restaurants that sit close by. It should also be mentioned that Formentor Beach is home to a very large car park, making it a very accessible location for those who drive.
 
Capdepera Castle is one of Puerto Pollensa’s most iconic landmarks and dates all the way back to 1300. This inspiring monument is situated at the top of an expansive hill, offering a plethora of majestic views at you climb toward the peak. Alongside the beautiful scenery, this castle has a very rich history as it was one of the first buildings constructed in this region. Thus, it is responsible for the formation of many archaic local communities. At certain points of the year, a small market is held on the castle’s grounds, allowing guests to purchase a few souvenirs to remind them of their trip. Capdepera Castle is located just under an hour away from the centre of the region.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €200 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available on this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels are changed every 4 days.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season. Flexible during other periods.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available in this property.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Pool opening dates? The pool is open from April 1st to November 4th. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Other Ts and Cs Extras available on request, and payable to Oliver's Travels prior to travel, are:
