This charming villa is situated near Pollença Old town and is a mix of rustic farmhouse and modern. It combines the beauty of old rustic styles with the convince and style of contemporary décor and appliances. It is kept neutral throughout, with cool shades of white and cream keeping the property bright and airy, the perfect location for any holiday party that wants to have a relaxing holiday in Pollença.
The ground floor has a sitting/ dining room that is smart and comfortable, with couches and an open fireplace. The rustic style shines through this villa, making for a unique property that you’ll enjoy spending time in. There are some home comforts here, like the television and DVD player that will offer you and your guests time to wind down after the days here in Pollença.
The kitchen is equipped with all of the modern necessities, so you’ll be able to enjoy meals at the villa: if it suits you, you can take your meals outside and enjoy them in the shaded terrace that is equipped with dining furniture with great views of the garden and private pool.
The private pool has a water feature and roman steps, it is a beautiful facility which will offer a lot of fun whether you’re a family or a group of friends on holiday here at Casa Murero. You can take your meals outside in the shaded terrace or enjoy some delicious BBQ food as the property has a BBQ for you to use.
The gardens have been looked after beautifully, and altogether the villa creates the perfect landing place for your holiday, it’s a beautiful backdrop and completely stunning in the evening with the lights turned on.
There are three bedrooms in the property, a double room and two twin rooms over the two floors. These bedrooms have air conditioning facilities to help you combat the heat if it’s necessary. You’ll find that the cool white and cream continues through to the bedrooms, the focus continuing to be an open place that’s relaxing and a place of tranquillity.
You’ll be able to have a landing place for your family or holiday group that helps you relax and unwind, giving you ample time together in a place of beauty.

- The property has open-air parking so if you decide to hire a car, which will allow you to explore more of Mallorca, you’ll have a place to keep your car
- Pets aren’t allowed at Casa Murero
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August

Location
About the surrounding area of Casa MureroPollença is an alluring town, at the base of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the largest natural reserve on the island, well known for its beauty and scenery. It was recently declared a World Heritage site, and the mountain range offers spectacular views and is a wonderful destination for hikers, cyclists and even bird watchers.
Pollença is also rich in history with the famous Calvari steps which are a 365-step stairway that leads up to the chapel on the top of the hill known as Calvary. It is also home to a Romanesque 19th-century bridge that is shrouded in mystery, as no one knows for sure its origin.
Nearby you have Alcudia which is one of the most visited destinations in Mallorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that can provide this activity will have the equipment to hire).
For the families or the kids at heart, there is the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.
There is so much to explore, experience and take in as you visit the nearby towns, there truly is something for everyone in this historical and stunningly beautiful part of Spain.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

Best Suited For: All AgesThere is a lot of space at Casa Murero for kids you may bring with you. There is the ability to sleep babies / the very young, as there is a crib/ cot at the property.
The pool offers a great opportunity for a splash, play and a swim with the kids so they can make the most of their holiday in the pool! The garden has a fence, so your time in it will be private to you. In addition to the pool, there is a trampoline and a swing set for your use.
There are also some home comforts at the villa through the television, DVD player and the internet; so whether it’s the kids occupying themselves or all of you gathering around the television for a relaxing time together.
