This beautiful three-bedroom villa sits on a 15,000 m² plot, surrounded by lush greenery and set into the mountainside, offering an idyllic rural Mallorcan escape. Inside, the attention to detail is clear from the moment you step in: ivory tones, matching furnishings and restored wooden beams create a harmonious, traditional style across one floor overlooking the garden. The large kitchen extends from the living area and features bright white cabinetry, a matching breakfast bar and all the equipment needed for easy Mediterranean cooking.

All three double bedrooms are located on the same floor, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Their décor mirrors the living spaces, combining ivory and wood with built-in wardrobes and distinctive bed frames. The bathrooms are modern yet retain touches of Mallorcan character, completing the villa’s cohesive and elegant style.

The extensive grounds are a standout feature, filled with orange, lemon, grapefruit, almond and fig trees and offering generous space to explore or relax. A sun terrace, several covered terraces with a kitchenette, wood oven, barbecue and dining area all overlook the lawn and pool, while table tennis and an exercise bike add extra entertainment. With Pollensa and Port de Pollensa just a few kilometres away, guests enjoy both seclusion and easy access to local culture and attractions.

What Oliver loves...

  • The entire living/dining/kitchen area creates a fresh ambience of warmth and comfort, with plenty of room to eat, relax and socialise!
  • Each bedroom and its accompanying ensuite has been crafted to perfection, inkeeping with the style of the entire villa
  • We love the outdoor kitchen area – allowing you to prepare meals and snacks while enjoying the sun, and not stuck inside on a beautiful day!

What you should know

  • While the remote location is ideal for the accompanying peace and tranquillity, it does make car access necessary to truly make the most of your stay on the varied and beautiful island of Mallorca!
  • Don’t forget the sacred Spanish siesta – be sure to plan around it and don’t get caught out!
  • In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August
