Alaro (8 km) - The bustling town of Alaró is nestled in a peaceful valley on the southern slopes of the Tramuntana Mountain range in Mallorca. Despite being a minor tourist destination Alaró has plenty to offer visitors. The ancient architecture and narrow cobbled streets combine to create a traditional charm that provides a stark contrast to some of the better-known coastal resorts. The biggest attraction in Alaró is Castell d’Alaro. It is considered a must see for anyone visiting the area. The castle is a challenging two-hour walk from the centre of the village. It is possible to drive part of the way up, parking at the well-known Lamb restaurant Es Verger. Once you reach the ruins of the castle you are rewarded with breathtaking views.

Palma City (25 km) - Palma is Mallorca's vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island's population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It's often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, it makes for the perfect city break.

Deluxe Alaro is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any the older kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn where kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the children some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €2,000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 pm.
Departure time 11 am.
End of stay cleaning included? For stays shorter than 7 nights, a charge of €250 will be applicable. For stays of 7 nights or more, this will be included in the rental price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights and weekly bookings only. Short stays of 4 nights are available, on request, and only during April, May, June, or September. Please enquire for more information.
Changeover day Saturday. Any other days on request.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier. A 10% VAT is included in the final rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - This villa is not suitable for young children.
- Please note that the small bedroom is not air conditioned.
- Daily housekeeping service is available and included between Monday - Saturday inclusive.
