An ancient, twisting tree presides over the green garden of this villa in Mallorca. Golfers will love the prime location within walking distance (1.3 km) of Golf Pollença (9 holes and 35 par). Meanwhile, the rest of the family will lounge by the private pool, or dine al fresco on the terrace just off the kitchen. The Tramuntana mountains overlook the property from afar, a special geological treasure in a seaside town. The villa's casual interior and welcome basket full of breakfast essentials make it clear you're to relax...you’re on holiday.
The town of Pollença is a short drive or leisurely walk away (3 km) - here the main attraction is the 365 Calvari steps, where you’re treated to sweeping views of the city (and all below it) at the top of the climb. You’ll also want to descend to sea level, where the soft sand and clear waters of Puerto Pollença attract divers, sunbathers, and sailors from around the world.
If you're thirsting for more than beautiful beaches, Mallorca's wine industry is in top form. The world has not discovered Mallorcan viticulture, so you'll find excellent value when you make a trip to the region's wineries!

- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August

Provided with a large swimming pool and superb views over the surrounding countryside up to the Tramuntana mountains, this villa enjoys an excellent location close to Pollensa's golf course. A long driveway leads up to the villa and its front covered terrace.

About the surrounding area of Casa BravataThe property is located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

Best Suited For: All AgesCasa Bravata makes an excellent choice for families travelling with children who are bound to enjoy playing games on the lawn and splashing around in the private pool. For the little ones, the first cot & highchair are included in the rental price.
The villa is a lovely place for kids to hang out - teenagers and older children will love having their own space, while children of all ages will love swimming in the pool. The outdoors area all good to run around and play, will ensure many fun evenings!
The house is a beautiful family retreat in a quiet location but close to so many fun things to do together as a family, from exploring beaches to having dinner in the old town of Pollensa.
The local area is ideal for those who want to get a bit more active, with invigorating coastal walks and cycling terrain that even the pros are challenged by. The island is excellent for horse-riding and water-sports, and for beach life, it’s pretty unbeatable too, with the golden sands of Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç well worth seeking out.
