Casa Caruo is a rustic style, modern property on the outskirts of Lloseta; a small traditional town with a reputation for making shoes. You're 500 meters from all that Lloseta has to offer, from its shopping to the food. Not only does the surroundings have much to offer you on your holiday, but you’ll find that the property is a beauty in itself.

It radiates tranquillity and serenity, from its neutral colour scheme to the warm lighting and comfortable seating areas and bedrooms. In addition to the beautiful interior of the property, the exterior has been well-kept and is the perfect location for relaxing in the sun at the side of your private pool. If you choose to hire and use a car during your stay, there is open air parking available to you, so if you have the desire to explore without relying on public transport in the area, you’ll be able to keep the car safe here.

The ground floor is a semi-open plan space, where it is bright and spacious. Whether you want to relax on the sofas, or gather around the dining table and entertain, you’ll find these surroundings will encourage you to relax and unwind during your holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped, modern and sleek in design. You’ll find it easy to create any meals or snacks here with ease: if you can’t survive without a morning coffee, you’ll be happy to know that the villa has a coffee machine for your use!

The living area is a great place to gather and entertain your guests or talk about your day. It’s comfortable and with the double glass doors that lead outside, you have beautiful views as the backdrop to your time here. Opening these doors take you out onto the patio, and out to your private pool where it goes from 1meter deep to 1.9meters.

Whether you want to swim or make use of the sun loungers and relax under the sun, you’ll be able to do both here without needing to reserve sun loungers or contend with crowded pools. If you’re interested in dining out under the stars, there is a covered porch with chairs and tables and a built-in BBQ area.

Back inside the property, you’ll find the house accommodates 6 people comfortably as there are two double bedrooms and a twin-bedded room available to you over both floors. The bedrooms upstairs each have ensuite bathrooms, one with a bath/shower combined and the other with a shower. There is a third bathroom downstairs, with a bath and separate shower.

All of the bathrooms make use of the warm lighting, continuing the serene feeling that flows through the home. The bedrooms all benefit with air conditioning, as does the rest of the property so you’ll be able to combat the heat and prevent any restless nights.

Lloseta is a beautiful town near Inca in Mallorca. You’ll find it is a place that takes the beauty of its ancient routes and modern times, with its modern buildings and ancient townhouses between street cafes, stone walls and architectural interest.

If shopping interests you, Lloseta has daily street markets selling local produce and souvenirs. It also made a name for itself making shoes as the nearby town Inca is known as Mallorca’s ‘Leather Town’, and as a result, Lloseta used the leather to make shoes. You’ll find plenty of options for cuisine here in Lloseta, whether you’re interested in trying out the street cafés or try the food on offer at the restaurants.

You can travel into Inca to explore more of what Mallorca can offer, but you do have a lot available to you 500meters away. If you’re interested in travelling further afield, then public transport is available to you, which will allow you to explore more of Mallorca. If you’re craving a beach day, 20 minutes away, you’ll find Pollença and Alcudia, and both of these historical towns have beautiful beaches.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €200 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not included in the rental price, please enquire.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels are changed every 4 days.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available on this property.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

    Spectacular villa inside & out with fabulous spacious pool area. Loved the outdoor kitchen. Plenty of room for six to stay. Car was useful for sightseeing and large supermarket trips but not essential as rail transport is great value from Lloseta station with ticket machines simple to use (Inca is only 6 mins by train). Location was perfect for us. Very peaceful, set back from the quiet road, yet less than 10 minutes stroll from traditional popular cafes, bars and shops in the village of Lloesta. Smaller Biniamar only 15 mins walk with a few bars & cafes. Both villages are off the usual package tour trail so prices are much better than the 'resort areas'. However be prepared to try speaking a bit of Spanish/Catalan with the locals - a little effort goes a long way & they really appreciate it.
