Situated in the rural location of Mallorca’s countryside sits this villa. Within a short drive you will find the picturesque Porto Colom. Porto Colom is a haven for those who love traditional Spanish tapas, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The sandy beaches and coves of Cala Sanau are also close by too.

Situated a short drive away is the larger town of Cala d'Or, which has a vast array of restaurants, boutique shops, bars and wonderful beach coves too.

Cala d'Or – or the ‘Golden Bay’ – is a popular beach area on the southeast coast of Mallorca, south of Portocolom and neighbouring the coastal town of Portopetro. In Cala d’Or you really get an all-round holiday experience with wonderful beaches, interesting excursions, well-preserved nature and a varied nightlife.

Cala d'Or is an excellent spot for a beach holiday thanks to its impressive facilities and wonderful beaches. Huge fun is the mini ‘train’ which runs along the roads for holidaymakers between the main resort and beaches. The town is also a great base for exploring some of the best natural and historical sightseeing that southeast Mallorca has to offer.

The 18th-century historic fort ‘Es Fortí’ – a protected cultural heritage site of the Balearic Islands – is within walking distance and, with its cannons and loopholes, is also an exciting place for children to visit. On the way there you can also enjoy some of Mallorca’s more rugged coastal landscape.

Security deposit £220 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.

    We had a great time at the Finca and enjoyed very much the place. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us and friends coming over visiting us with keeping enough privacy. James replies quickly and solves every problem very fast. We would come back anytime!

    What a wonderful spacious family house. Great for staying here with friends! Beautiful surroundings and very nice island vibe. The pool house is a real treat, with the bbq/ovens and you can even use it as an extra room. Good beds, bathrooms, pool, nice modern style and sea view from the windows upstairs.

    Location is extremely calm and a good distance away from streets and public spaces, nonetheless close enough to several beaches, a magnificent golf course (Val d'Or) and shopping for food and daily necessities (by car). Building is rather new 2-3 years old) in excellent condition with all desirable amenities (a/c, dishwasher, refrigerators etc). Very attentive service when asked for (e. g. repair of non working a/c unit the same day). The pool house is a well equipped highlight for outdoor living.

    We were there for 1 week, 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything was great. The house is in the middle of almonds fields, it’s very very quiet and peaceful, you can only hear the birds!
    There’s a beach within less than 5 mins by car, a small village close by to shop some groceries. The house itself is even better than the pictures. Well thought out for kids and a very well equipped kitchen. Amazing place for holidays.

    A great location with sea views very close to a beautiful small protected beach. Lots of little towns and villages in the area. Villa is superb - very safe for families with kids, ours were 6 & 2. Fenced pool gives peace of mind. Would come back.
