Villa Verano Views is an idyllic modern Majorcan property with majestic sea views. This tranquil and secluded retreat revels in the Balearic Island’s beauty from the privacy of its own paradisiacal grounds. Located in a prestigious elevated residential area close to the beach of Cala Egos with unobstructed views over the Port of Andratx. A stylish chic interior leading on to various sun terraces, balcony’s and a stunning picturesque view that takes in the Mediterranean. Verano Views sits at its gateway and offers the best of both worlds.
Offering easy access to stunning countryside, a wealth of walking trails, fascinating villas and just a short drive to the magnificent city of Palma. Inside, polished tiled floors and whitewashed plaster walls are contemporary backdrops to carefully selected pieces of furniture and artwork. Ornate lighting, linen fabrics and modern fittings add warmth, and the overall vibe is relaxed and laidback with a twist of elegance and luxury. Groups of friends and family with older children will particularly appreciate the layout of the villa which allows for a degree of the independence and privacy. Extra facilities include: parking, gym, sauna, hamman and jacuzzi.
Comfortably sleeping 12 people with 6 spacious bedroom, 5 bathroom and 2 wc’s. Cleverly designed inside and out with a modern fully equipped kitchen, this comfortable accommodation is complemented by terraced grounds and a longer than standard swimming pool. While it would be a shame not to fully explore the region’s fabulous sandy beaches and rich history, the opportunity to swim, relax and perhaps never leave this impressively scenic setting may prove irresistible.
Outside you will find covered seating, chill out bed and dining terraced with large barbeque, perfect for Spanish snacks, tapas and postprandial siestas. At the end of the day, take a dip in the shimmering pool or just relax having a sun downer from one of the terraces. This villa invites you to spend vacations both in summer and winter as it has ducted air conditioning which provides hot and cold air.

About the surrounding area of Verano ViewsPort Andratx – Port d’Andratx enjoys a picturesque setting located around 5km from Andratx town. Many consider it the loveliest harbour in the Mediterranean – it’s a stylish port, with a well-maintained and equipped yacht club offering more than 450 berths. This place is not only a working fishing port, it is a playground for the rich and famous who want to stay under the radar. Although it has many restaurants to suit the yachting set, Port d’Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside one of the many cafés and bars watching the bustle of daily maritime life. The two beaches here are very small but there are larger beaches very nearby plus excursions, luxury spas and golf.
Cala Llamp - Tucked round the corner from Port d'Andratx, Cala Llamp Bay has one of the most stunning views in Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains create high cliffs all around, forming a crescent bay with calm, beautifully clear water. It's probably better suited to those not so interested in sunbathing but in swimming in the lovely waters and exploring the rock pools, which many families enjoy.
Palma City - Palma is Mallorca's vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island's population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It's often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, it makes for the perfect city break.

THE REGION
Andratx is an ancient Mallorcan town nestled in the valleys of the Tramuntana Mountain range and is home to one of Mallorca’s most interesting modern art galleries. Its quaint, narrow streets and rustic heritage make it a truly authentic place to visit - with a warm welcome for international visitors.
The nature surrounding Andratx is breath-taking; many visitors come to this part of Mallorca just to enjoy the mountains, valleys, forest and coastal scenery. This is a superb location to see some of the island’s best contemporary art, with several exhibition spaces, a good café, a tasteful gift shop and impressive grounds behind the building itself.

Best Suited For: All AgesVerano Views is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious where kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool with a very shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.
