On the ground floor, the lounge is comfortable and bright with ample sofas, fireplace and floor to ceiling patio windows offering magnificent views. The dining room is the perfect place for indoor dining and lead directly onto the modern fully equipped summer kitchen with island and patio doors leading out to a magnificent dining terrace with fabulous views. All living areas allow access to the arched terraces and the beautiful garden.

With dining in mind, there is a large gas barbecue for those who wish to try the local culinary delights. On the lower ground floor, there are four good size bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. From this floor, you have access out to the garden and swimming pool where you will find a fifth bedroom and bathroom with a private entrance out with the main house. There is also a utility room and entrance leading from the parking area.

Palm trees sway in the breeze and are in view from the main furnished terrace that overlooks the private swimming pool with separate paddling section. Steps lead down to the garden area and decked sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The views from here are stunning and far-reaching across the sparkling blue sea and as the sun sets, you can watch the sunset glow and the change of breath-taking colours. The combination of the terraces and garden harmonizes with the natural surroundings, creating an ambience that is effortlessly stylish.

Port Andratx (2.7 km away) – Port d’Andratx enjoys a picturesque setting located around 5km from Andratx town. Many consider it the loveliest harbour in the Mediterranean – it’s a stylish port, with a well-maintained and equipped yacht club offering more than 450 berths. This place is not only a working fishing port; it is a playground for the rich and famous who want to stay under the radar. Although it has many restaurants to suit the yachting set, Port d’Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside one of the many cafés and bars watching the bustle of daily maritime life. The two beaches here are very small, but there are larger beaches very nearby plus excursions, luxury spas and golf.

Cala Llamp (600 m away) - Tucked around the corner from Port d'Andratx, Cala Llamp Bay has one of the most stunning views in Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains create high cliffs all around, forming a crescent bay with calm, beautifully clear water. It's probably better suited to those not so interested in sunbathing but in swimming in the lovely waters and exploring the rock pools, which many families enjoy.

Palma City (31 km) - Palma is Mallorca's vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island's population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It's often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport; it makes for the perfect city break.

Villa Coral Andratx is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn; therefore, kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun.

Additionally, there is a private swimming pool with a very shallow end and separate that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.

Sant Elm (10.6 km away) - From nearby Sant Elm, you can take a family boat trip in the summer over to the uninhabited island of Sa Dragonera, named for its dragon-like shape. It’s a nature reserve, with some interesting walks, perfect for a family trip. Take your binoculars for good views of seabirds such as ospreys and gulls. You could also go scuba diving.

Palma Aquarium (44.5 km away) - Uncover the many secrets hidden in the seas and oceans. Set sail on an adventure; you will never forget across the Mediterranean to the tropical seas. Explore the Jungle and enjoy the sunshine in our gardens while the children play on the pirate's ship or cool off in the water fountain. Marvel at the immensity of the Big Blue, the deepest shark tank in Europe. This is a perfect place to visit for all the family.

Palma to Soller wooden train ( Plaza De Espana 37.5 km away – Soller 54.6 km away ) - Perfect for all the family, the Sóller railway also stands out for the special, attractive route it runs along, overcoming the natural barrier of the Sierra de Alfàbia mountain range which is 2.8 km wide and 496 metres high. This should definitely be on your list of favourite things to do in Mallorca. The Palma to Soller wooden train has got to be one of the prettiest and most memorable small train trips you can take, and children absolutely love it.

Jungle Parc (12 km away) in Santa Ponca - Situated in a forest of 9 hectares in Santa Ponsa, come and enjoy different circuits with a total of 100 platforms. You will be required to move from tree to tree, at varying heights from the ground, using bridges, ropes, vines and lots of zip wires! Our PIRATES circuit is for children of 4 years and above. And there are two circuits for adults, EXPLORER and EXTREME. The EXTREME circuit is recommended for the more experienced or adventurous! Jungle Parc becomes the ideal option for individuals, families, groups of friends, company outings, schools.

Security deposit €3000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
