Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £250 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available at this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights during low season, 7 nights during peak season. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, this will be included in the rental price between November & April inclusive. Outside of these dates, and if required, pool heating will be an additional £125 per week (paid to OT with the balance). Please request during the booking process. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - In order to book this property the lead guest must be over 18 years old.
