This white-washed, stone-house boasts the nautical ambience ever-present on islands around the world and the views and smells of the sea will delight your senses as they encapsulate the feel of your hideaway! Interiors are modern and charming so guests will feel at home in The Captains House and quickly grow accustomed to its open-plan layout!
 
Basked in the glorious rays of the Lanzarote sun, the lounge and dining area greets you as you step through the cloakroom. Plump, comfy sofas sit by the television, so bring the family together indoors! With the addition of a Bluetooth soundbar and wi-fi, you can stream tunes all day and night! Behind this relaxing area, a darling dining area has been tastefully decorated and accommodates the six guest capacity of The Captains House.
 
The villa even offers a fully-equipped kitchen, with a fridge and freezer for storing delicious foods and drinks, hobs ovens microwaves and everything you can expect in a kitchen! Homely and bright, why not prepare morning coffees and late-night drinks and enjoy them on the stools and table in the dining room!
 
The Captains House houses three bedrooms to accommodate groups and families of up to six persons. The master bedroom provides an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and patio doors in the room leads directly to the garden. Every room features twin singles, and a mattress topper in the master bedroom allows the two singles to be used as a cosy double bed! The remaining two bedrooms also feature en-suite bathrooms and spacious room for you to retreat into!
 
Outdoors, the villa makes perfect use of its architecture and creates the mood flawlessly across its exterior areas! Dine alfresco under shade-providing roofs on the terrace and take it up a notch by creating a feast with the outdoor barbecue grill! Whilst you wait for your grilled delicacies, relax under the roofed terrace on lovely and stylish seats. A few steps lead down to a lovely stone patio, where six sun-loungers allow for guests bask in the sunlight!

Lanzarote is an enchanting island in the collection of islands name the Canarias. Situated to the west of Africa this Spanish municipality offers an abundance of coastal stretches, natural landscapes to see and explore and a mind-boggling amount of places to eat and drink!
 
The Captains House is located in Puerto Calero, in the south of the island. Whilst offering facilities and places to lose yourself in, it's much quieter than the neighbouring Puerto del Carmen and a twenty-minute drive to the capital city Arrecife.
 
A five-minute stroll takes guests to Puerto Calero Marina, home to a massive port which sees over four hundred yachts and super-yachts visit its shores, introducing guests from all walks of life to this beautiful shore side! Shopaholics can feed their cravings with a selection of boutique and designer stores around its shores. Restaurants and bars alongside the pier will keep hunger at bay, and its easy access means you can eat whenever throughout the day! Drink and sip on the finest cocktails as you admire majestic boats and sunsets on seascapes!
 
To keep with the ever-present nautical theme, hire a boat taxi to the Old Town Harbour in Puerto Del Carmen. As vibrant as Puerto Calero Marina, this pier has managed to retain its authentic Canarias charm so you can truly feel the traditional style of Spanish island living! Dive deeper into tradition by visiting a typical Canarian island restaurant such as a Guanchiche, where you can feast on belly-warming and homely mains and world-famous typical tapas and world-famous wines!

Puerto Calero is situated on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, positioned in a naturally protected enclave on Lanzarote's sheltered south coast, and has earned a reputation as one of the world's top sailing destinations while retaining a distinctive village-type atmosphere.

Puerto Calero is much more than a marina; there is a wide selection of cafés, bars and restaurants along the waterfront, and it's a beautiful place to sit and watch the comings and goings, with the sound of the clink of ropes on the masts, and the school of fish that swim around the marina – eager for any leftover bread from your meal.

Bedrooms offer the options of six single beds, so even those with a load of youngsters travelling can easily arrange the sleeping options! Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, and the villa offers guests a cot for hire, to keep babies with guardians!
 
Dining options vary, so pick to chow indoors in a decorated and intimate room or outdoors under the shade-providing roof on the patio! The roofed patio also offers comfy and stylish seating to relax on whilst you surf the web on devices. The pool offers relief and fun for the entire family, with stepped access to make it easier for everyone to get in, or take to the sun-loungers and unwind!
 
At Puerto del Carmen, children are offered the freedom of the six kilometres of sandy shores to frolic and miles of the seafront to play in! Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price. (November to end April inclusive)
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price

Changeover day Flexible
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel) applicable between May and October. Between November and April, pool heating charges will be included in the rental price. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures
Pets welcome? Not allowed
