Villa Irlanda

Discover Villa Irlanda, a tranquil retreat nestled within the Playa Vista development. This two-story villa offers stunning sea views towards the island of Fuerteventura and is just a short walk from the seafront promenade and local sandy beaches.

The ground floor level welcomes you with a cosy lounge area equipped with leather sofas and patio doors showcasing the sea views. Here, there are plenty of entertainment options with a flat-screen TV, CD player, iPod docking station, and free WiFi. Step from the modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials, outside to the upper terrace, furnished for al fresco dining.

On this ground floor, you'll find two double bedrooms, one with terrace access, and both sharing a family bathroom. Descend to the lower level featuring a second lounge area and two further double bedrooms with twin beds. Each bedroom also comes with coin-operated air conditioning (see Ts&Cs) to keep guests cool even during the warmest months. One of these bedrooms opens onto the lower terrace with a BBQ area, perfect for those looking to make the most of outdoor living under the Canarian sun.

Outside, enjoy two terraces with dining tables and al fresco dining area next to the BBQ. External stairs lead to the pool area with a heated swimming pool and sun loungers, as well as pool towels which are provided for your convenience.
