THE REGION

Pretty, convenient and family-friendly, the northern village of San Carlos is one of the most charming villages on the island. Once the hippie heart of the island, there is plenty of history soaked into its streets and today still boasts a wonderfully bohemian vibe.

There is a good selection of restaurants and bars - they all have one thing in common; a friendly, welcoming atmosphere; it is easy to get into a conversation here. The surrounding shops invite you to browse through colourful fashion or householding items, here you can find nice souvenirs at reasonable prices.

Security deposit €1000 paid via a link directly to the property management company and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price, and changed every 7 days.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price
End of stay cleaning included? Yes, and weekly cleaning included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 4 nights during low season. 7 nights during peak season. All other durations on request.
