An opulent and attractive villa located in Ibiza Town, Villa Manel allows guests to roam free in one of the most beautiful areas in the region. The exterior of this property is tremendous, blending an expansive swimming pool with an effortlessly manicured lawn. In turn, guests can explore the calming water as well as the fresh grass at their own pace. The outdoor areas are also accompanied by various sun loungers and parasols, giving guests a plethora of space to relax. The exterior is also home to a tremendous outdoor terrace, equipped with a grand outdoor seating area. As such, guests can cook amazing meals on the high-end barbecue whilst gazing out at the magnificent scenery.
As you enter the ground floor of the property, you will see the minimalist, yet homely, lounge area. The bright white walls help to balance out the dark tiled floor, creating an attractive sense of contrast throughout the space. This area also includes a large white leather sofa for guests to relax on. Moving on to the dining area, this space follows a similar theme to the lounge. The dark wooden table and matching chairs help to create striking contrast in this bright and airy room. Thus, guests can devour a plethora of delicious meals in a comforting and alluring space. The kitchen has everything you would need in order to have a comfortable stay, using off-white cupboards and dark surfaces to adhere to a similar contrast. The ground floor also hosts three large bedrooms. Each room includes a spacious double bed as well as an array of ornate furnishings. These rooms also share a luxurious bathroom with a shower. Thus, guests have enough space to sleep each night peacefully.
Upstairs, you will find the fourth bedroom. This room also makes use of a double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. As a result, this room becomes a little more secluded than the others. The fourth bedroom also leads out to an outdoor terrace, allowing guests to gaze out at the awe-inspiring sea views as they awake each morning.

THE REGION

If you are looking to explore the beauty of Ibiza in a serene and relaxed way, then a walking tour is an ideal solution. Institutions such as Walking Ibiza collate guests into large groups and guide them through the region’s most stunning locations. The corporation offers a wide variety of walking tours, such as the ‘Short and Sweet Tour, which occurs every Wednesday. This particular tour lasts for two hours and is known to end with a selection of handmade cakes and refreshments. Although this type of activity may seem unconventional, it can be a great way for families to blend in well with the locals and make some new friends.
Villa Manel is also just 1.4km away from the stunning Playa de Talamanca beach. This beach is 900m long and 25m, creating an island-like paradise just a short distance away from the villa. Aside from the soft sands and soothing water, Playa de Talamanca beach also provides a wealth of exhilarating watersport activities. Children have the opportunity to take part in sports such as kayaking and jet skiing, giving them a unique experience that they will never forget. The beach is also close to a wide selection of bars and restaurants, allowing families to gain a true taste of some of Ibiza’s finest dishes.
If you are a family of adventurous eaters, a food tour is considered to be a real treat. Ibiza Food Tour is an acclaimed establishment that runs exquisite food tours right in the centre of Ibiza Town, making this very easy to reach for guests staying in Villa Manel. During this lengthy tour, guests will stop off in an assortment of local restaurants, sampling authentic tapas and artisan desserts. Their most popular evening tour begins at 6 pm and allows guests to explore the oldest restaurant in Ibiza, which dates back to 1872. This tour lasts for three and a half hours and costs €79 per guest. It should be noted that these tours only accept a minimum of four guests and a maximum of 10 guests per party.

Great and quiet location with a great pool
The pool very clean , nice chairs and lounche bed and the view from the balcony was amazing.
Stair from the house to the pool , you need to walk a long way via the main entrance. For second floor bath room is only available via bedroom which means 3 bedrooms need to use 1 bathroom on the ground floor. Extra bathrooms is needed. Finally you need more keys with 8 people, only 1 key for the group is too poor -

Convenient location, close to Ibiza town
Very nice views and pretty close to the sea, port and beach . Big swimming pool and new furnished kitchen. It is first time we came to Ibiza but we will come back for sure next year . The taxi arrived in 10-15 mins.
The bathroom upstairs is abit 70s
