Buenavista Ibiza is a four-bedroom villa, hosting up to eight guests, set on a hilltop offering breathtaking mountain and sea views. As night falls, the landscape transforms, with shimmering lights illuminating the scenery, creating a captivating backdrop for evening relaxation.
The villa comprises a main house and an annexe, suitable for two smaller families or groups of friends. With interior design features of exposed stone, tiled floors, and wooden accents, the spaces are finished with neutral tones, natural light and stunning views.
In the heart of the villa, the lounge area is tiled and equipped a sofa, fireplace, and satellite TV, creating a cosy space for relaxation. The open-plan dining and kitchen area is also well-appointed with a dining table and chairs for four guests as well as dishwasher, oven and all essential facilities for preparing and enjoying indoor meals.
Can Rotger's bedrooms maintain the villa's understated simplicity, offering air conditioning to help keep guests cool during the warmer months. On the ground floor, a generously sized room boasts two single beds, accompanied by a convenient bathroom. Ascending the stairs guests will find two double bedrooms, each with a private balcony, dressing space, and en-suite facilities. A separate annexe provides privacy with a double bedroom and modern bathroom.
Outside, guests will find an infinity pool, terrace, chillout areas, sun loungers, and a covered barbecue spot, perfect for enjoying the stunning surroundings or soaking up the Ibizan sun.
What you should know…
- It should be noted that the villa's twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor of the main house, whilst the two remaining doubles are on the first floor, which may be something to consider for those travelling with young children
- The infinity pool doesn't feature a fence or safety barrier, so little ones should be well supervised when playing in the vicinity
- A hire car is recommended for stays at Buenavista Ibiza so guests can make the most of all the island of Ibiza has to offer

THE REGION

Excellent from start to finish
Beautiful villa, incredible views across Ibiza, amazing to watch sunrise from around the pool. Spacious, clean, blackout blinds and noise proof windows so east to get some sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and outside area setting
Good location with great view, nice pool area. Only the bedding/mattress need an upgrade. Everthing else is fine.
