As you approach the exterior of this property, you will be surprised by the number of amenities on offer. The luxurious swimming pool located in the centre of the grounds is accompanied by a pair of high-quality hammocks. As such, guests can choose to either sway in the gentle breeze or dive straight into the cool water of the pool. This property also showcases a wide range of delightful outdoor terraces, including a nuanced tiki bar at the back of the garden. In turn, guests can enjoy a few cocktails whilst gazing out at the looming emerald-green trees that sit peacefully in the distance.
Inside, this property continues to present a vibrant array of bohemian design features and furnishings. The living area makes use of an unusual grey sofa that is paired with a collection of striking red cushions, creating an off-beat sense of vibrancy. This space also includes a set of large sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the garden. Therefore, guests can enjoy a range of wonderful views as they relax in the comfortable seating arrangement. The kitchen within this property continues to express a distinctive style, using a monochrome theme with an array of red appliances. Thus, guests can prepare and serve an abundance of delicious meals in a truly wonderful space. The kitchen also contains a small dining area that guests can use to enjoy a range of food in a deeply communal environment.
Moving down to the ground floor, this is where you’ll discover Villa Lausanne’s main bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on offer, all of which follow a simplistic and refreshing theme. The first two bedrooms contain spacious double beds and provide access to their own opulent en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom contains a pair of single beds, making this the perfect space for two small children or for a couple who prefers to sleep separately. In addition, this bedroom also includes an amazing en-suite bathroom.

About the surrounding area of Villa LausanneVilla Lausanne can be found in the inspiring region of Santa Eulalia, a region that is well recognised for its diverse range of tourist attractions and hotspots. This destination is also known for its acclaimed food scene, blending a range of worldly dishes in one remarkable place. Higo is an extremely eccentric restaurant that collates an assortment of Peruvian and Japanese cuisines, creating a true flavour fusion. This restaurant also runs its own hydroculture, meaning that all of the dishes contain fresh produce that is grown on its own grounds. Guests can taste a plethora of authentic ceviche, tataki, yakitori, and sushi, giving them the chance to delve into new cultures and customs. Higo can be found just over 5-minutes away from the centre of Santa Eulalia and welcomes guests every day, except Sunday, from 7 pm till 1 am.
If you are looking to experience all that Santa Eulalia has to offer in a completely new way, an e-bike tour is a perfect experience. These tours are conducted by Hasha Ibiza and allow guests to travel around the region using a state-of-the-art bike. These bikes are also fitted with a pedal-assisted motor, meaning that guests can travel at speed and do not have to worry about getting caught in the hot sun. This establishment also provides tours of varying lengths from 14km to 43km, allowing tourists to customise their journey in whichever way they like. A standard Hasha Ibiza tour begins in Siesta, which is around 5-minutes away, and guests must be a minimum of 155cm to take part.
Golf Ibiza is a very expansive attraction that is highly acclaimed for its range of sports facilities. This institution offers two 18-hole courses that are open all throughout the year, meaning that tourists will never miss a chance to visit. Alongside the beautifully crafted courses, there is a range of golfing amenities on offer, such as a full-sized driving range as well as a putting green. The Tourist Train departs from the port of Es Cana which is around 10-minutes away from the centre of Santa Eulalia.
Acrobosc Climbing Park is a very popular attraction within Ibiza and allows children to explore a range of obstacles in a high-adrenaline way. This expansive course is operated into three levels of difficulty, making this an appropriate experience for all ages. Children will have the chance to explore 39 platforms, 49 obstacles, and 29 zip lines, providing a thrilling experience that will help them develop confidence and a sense of adventure. Guests will also receive an in-depth safety briefing as well as a variety of equipment, ensuring that every child feels secure before beginning the course. It is said that the course takes around two and a half hours to complete, making this a pretty intense day out. Acrobosc Climbing Park can be found just over 10-minutes away.
This region is surrounded by calm, clear water, making it perfect for jet skiing excursions. Schools such as Jet Ski Santa Eulalia provide a diverse assortment of excursions, allowing guests to take to the waves in speed and style. Tours can range from 30-minutes to 2 hours and often include a stopping point where guests can swim in a collection of idyllic bays. You will also be able to take an abundance of photos during your tour.
