Villa Hoya’s ground floor features a twin bedroom with garden access and an ensuite shower room. Upstairs, the spacious double bedroom includes an ensuite and access to a roof terrace—perfect for evening drinks with stunning views.

The villa’s private garden and pool, accessible via Roman steps, offer a serene escape. An outdoor seating area with lounge furniture, a dining table, and a barbecue make alfresco dining easy.   • We love the private pool; the Roman steps make it easy for the kids to get in and out unaided
  • Villa Hoya is located just a short journey from Maspalomas and Meloneras, and all they have to offer in the way of attractions, beaches and restaurants 

What you should know

  • There’s no fence or barrier around the ground-level pool, so parents will want to make sure little ones are well supervised
  • If you are staying as a couple with children, be aware that the twin bedroom is on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area - and on a separate floor to the double bedroom
  • A cot and highchair are available on request
  • Naturists are welcome at some of the beaches in the region
  • Please be aware that there may be some local development work in the area. Any disruption is typically minimal, but we like to keep guests informed in advance (please enquire for more information)
