The villa is set on its own grounds, with lush green lawns and your own private swimming pool looking out onto fabulous views. Villa Bermeja is constructed from local stone, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto panoramic views, glass-fronted terraces, and balconies. The property has complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, an alarm system for your security and peace of mind, and parking for two cars. The interiors are cool and contemporary, furnished with stylish pieces, adorned with modern art, and decorated in a serene colour palette of soothing earth tones.
Enter the villa at the ground floor level, with a light, bright, and airy open-plan living space with seamless outdoor access. The seating area has two parts: a long sofa which looks out over the garden, a separate sitting room with a comfy L-shaped sofa, and a flat-screen television for your evening entertainment. The smart gun-metal grey kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay, including an island/breakfast bar with tall stools. The adjacent six-seater dining set is perfect for some special indoor entertaining.
On the lower ground, there are two well-appointed bedrooms. The Main Suite has a king-size bed, capacious fitted wardrobes, a sofa, a kitchenette for dining in the room, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a shower. There is a second bedroom on this level with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, there are three more well-appointed bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom, which shares a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The glass-fronted rooftop terrace is the hot spot to meet for sunset cocktails, furnished with supersized deep-cushioned day beds and a four-seater dining set.
Step out onto the ground-floor terrace and admire the vista. Swim in the heated infinity pool before relaxing on the surrounding sun loungers. Enjoy lunch in the sunken chill-out zone before a siesta in the sunshine in the soft seating set under the shady veranda. Villa Bermeja can be found inland in the area of El Paraiso, located in the hills of Spain's south Costa del Sol. The property is within a few kilometres of some of Spain’s most prestigious golf courses and has fabulous views out to the sea.
The nearest beach is a short drive to the popular marina town of Puerto Banus, famous for its luxury marina, high-end shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Spend the day at a beach club, sunbathe, swim, and snorkel, join in the fun and games, and choose from a selection of exhilarating watersports, including jet skiing, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
Keep fit with a hike or bike ride around the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, a pony trek across the dunes, or improve your serve at the tennis club. Explore the old town of Marbella, with its narrow streets, historic buildings, local markets, and beautiful beaches.
