A unique creation of renowned interior designer Gracinha Viterbo, Villa Saveria is a luxurious home with a private pool, football field, basketball court and table tennis, very near to the beach and walking distance from shops, restaurants and a golf course!
Within the villa, there are a huge 500m2 of living space! The main area is teeming with cosy sofas, from L-shaped delights in front of the TV to the perfect reading corner, to an ideal social space with sofas facing one another, so there’s a spot for every occasion! A huge dining table for 12, surrounded by lovingly stocked bookshelves, is the perfect alternative to the wonderful alfresco dining options, ideal for a night in with all the group. Glass doors fill every wall, each leading to a romantic terrace, veranda or the enchanting garden! There’s a huge kitchen, fully-equipped for you to prepare everything from a light snack to a hearty feast.
There are six bedrooms on this ground floor, as well as a media room on the first floor which can be used as a seventh bedroom if desired, with four single beds! Each bedroom is simply beautiful. The beds are enormous, with plush blankets and plump pillows. All six are uniquely designed, with a range of sophisticated monochrome palettes and more vibrant, detailed patterns and colours! There are two king-size suites, one queen-size, two twin rooms and a sweet children’s room with bunk beds. Contemporary en-suite bathrooms accompany all three double rooms and one twin room, while the children’s room and one twin room share a spacious bathroom, all stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries.
For a real taste of the delights of Portugal, head out into your enchanting private garden and take pleasure in your location in this fabulously quiet and high-end neighbourhood in Estoril! Enjoy the sounds of birdsong and the rustle of leaves throughout this wonderfully calm environment, as you lounge by your huge private pool in one of the many bed-like loungers! With a canopy or without, you decide! Around the pool is a lovely lawn, perfectly cool underfoot and incredibly refreshing on a hot summer’s day in Portugal! Kids (and big kids!) of all ages can enjoy facilities including a mini football field, mini basketball area and table tennis! The garden is filled with olive and palm trees bursting with life!
You’re within 15 minutes of five luscious golf courses as well as some excellent beaches perfect for surfing, kitesurfing and windsurfing!

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa SaveriaVilla Saveria is around 10 minutes away from the port of Cascais, and only 30 minutes from Lisbon, making it the ideal spot for explorers. Cascais is a coastal resort town, just a little west of Lisbon, which is known for its sandy beaches and charming marina.
Just over 5 minutes away, the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park is a magnificent picturesque spot for a hike or cycle, with 145 km² of rocky coastline and inland forests. It is the westernmost point of the European continent, where ‘the land ends and the sea begins’, with 100m cliffs creating spectacular landscapes and stunning beach coves!
And less than half an hour away, the capital city of Lisbon is known for its lively nightlife, with endless bars and clubs full of fun-loving locals and tourists alike, but also has plenty of fascinating history (check out Belém, jam-packed with monuments!) and undulating terrain, famously termed the ‘city of the seven hills’.
Portugal itself is a small but enchanting country at the most Western point of mainland Europe. With a vast coastline with the powerful Atlantic Ocean, it is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try it for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast. Of course, it is not only the world-famous waves but also the completely pollution-free water, and the lack of deadly sharks found in warmer areas that put it so firmly on the map as the surfing Mecca of the world.
And even for those less keen on surfing, the beaches of Portugal are well worth a visit for their beautifully clear waters, and almost all have a bar at which you can enjoy a tipple. Other active pursuits include a sublime cycling trip through the breath-taking scenery of Geres, or indeed white-water rafting on the river Douro! For those more into the gentle pace of a golfing day out, Portugal is a real haven, with 14 of the world’s top 100 best golf courses!

THE REGION
A coastal town just 20 miles west of Lisbon, Cascais was once a small fishing village, but its idyllic scenery attracted the attention of artists, writers and expelled European nobility in the 20th century. Today, it still attracts high society, but all society comes into force to enjoy the gorgeous beaches and adventure options like sailing and surfing.
Cascais also sits just west of Lisbon and right on the edge of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, meaning there are ample opportunities for exciting day trips. When you’re not off an excursion up the coast, you’ll find Cascais has plenty of its own allures. Take your pick of gorgeous sandy coves, wander around culture-packed art centres, book a surfing lesson or sit down to dine on some of the best food in the region.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Saveria is the perfect home for families, with a huge garden, a media room and two living rooms on site, as well as tons of activities to enjoy in the local towns and the vibrant and unspoilt natural landscape of Portugal.
Estoril is the ideal location for families, with plenty of dedicated entertainment facilities within walking distance, including tennis and golf clubs on your doorstep, as well as a plethora of activities to enjoy across the sublime surrounding natural landscape. The many superb beaches along the coast are a very short drive away, and there are tons of lovely parks for a nice stroll and run-around with the kids!
In the property grounds themselves you will find a fabulous pool, offering a prime space for children to have fun and tire themselves out, while you look on from the comfort of a sun lounger, ensuring you have an opportunity to relax in the warm glow of the Iberian sun whilst keeping an eye on the little ones.
