Located within the beautiful area of Vilamoura, Villa Pereiras is a spacious and modern holiday home within the Algarve. This lovely, ideally positioned four-bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children, and is the perfect choice for big groups of friends, family or multiple couples wanting to spend some time together in the gorgeous Algarve. This delightful house has modern and stylish finish, providing the perfect home-away-from-home for guests.

The interior is filled with fresh and vibrant colours, and the kitchen, living and dining areas are all set in a convenient open-plan space, allowing guests to socialise together. The kitchen features plenty of prep space and appliances, as well as a generous dining area that seats 8. The spacious living area also provides plenty of comfortable seating for guests to relax together and watch a movie.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and en-suite, and the other with twin beds (can be converted to double upon request). There is also a main bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor. Walking up the glass-encased stairs to the first floor, there are two further bedrooms; one double and one twin bedroom. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms have all been finished to a high standard, creating a private haven for guests to relax and get a good nights’ sleep.

Outside, a sparkling blue 10m pool sits centre-stage among the large and perfectly manicured lawns. Guests will find plenty of sun lounges to relax on, and the garden area is perfect for outdoor play. There is also an outdoor shower, as well as a lovely outdoor dining area and BBQ where guests can prepare and enjoy alfresco delicious meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also private parking for several cars if multiples guests wish to hire a car. Praia da Falésia beach is located just 5km away, and the shops, bars and restaurants of Vilamoura are located very close by. With its impressive facilities, stunning views and tranquil surroundings, Villa Pereiras has everything guests need to relax in absolute tranquility.

This spacious villa sits in a peaceful and private residential neighbourhood of Vilamoura, a very popular destination for families and friends. A host of prestigious yachts & boats swarm the Marina, which spills onto a strip of stylish bars, locally renowned restaurants and a casino. Whether you are looking for a romantic or luxurious vacation, for water sport fans and golfers or for nature lovers and seasoned travelers, there is something for everyone. Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia - two alluringly sandy beaches, can also be found a short distance away from the villa.

Vilamoura has a fabulous reputation amongst golf enthusiasts and has a number of championship courses to choose from (Oceanico Old Course, Oceanico Laguna Course, Oceanico Millenium Course, Oceanico Pinhal Course, and Pestana Vila Sol Golf Course). Vilamoura also has over fifty tennis courts for you to choose from, as well as numerous water-sports centres scattered within the town; guests can enjoy anything from snorkelling to boat trips.

Guests will be truly spoilt for choice when it comes to picking a restaurant to eat at; the Algarve is known for its wonderful food and diverse cuisine, and there are countless restaurants in and around Vilamoura, for all price ranges. Be sure to visit Marufo 1 (famously known as the chicken shack), the number one spot for authentic Portuguese Piri Piri chicken! Vale De Lobo, an equally sought-after location, is also very close to Vilamoura, and offers fantastic shopping, dining and activities. 

Historic tours: The Roman ruins of Cerro da Vila are worth a visit, with the remains of two residences and baths, the atrium, dams, fishing stations and necropolis. There are several beaches nearby offering a selection of powdery sand beaches attracting travellers, swimmers, boating and fishing aficionados and waters sports enthusiasts. Guests can go on fishing adventures, underwater diving escapades, sunset cruises and quad bikes tours, and there are numerous theme parks available: Krazy World Zoo in Algoz, Zoomarine in Guia, Aquashow in Quarteira.

THE REGION

Vilamoura has been a glamorous town ever since Roman time. Its rich history is still palpable as you walk its streets, coming upon Roman Baths and ancient murals all around town. These days, Vilamoura is still a high-class destination although it has certainly kept up with the times. Yachts dock at the large marina and travellers galavant the seaside strip hopping between bars, restaurants and the dazzling casino.

The local championship courses naturally attract a crowd of golf enthusiasts as well, and there is a large selection of other sports to enjoy in the area (including those best played out in the water). There is certainly no need to ever be bored in Vilamoura, but if it’s ultimate relaxation you’re after you won’t be disappointed. The town is alluringly close to Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, where the golden sand and hot Mediterranean sun is just about never-ending.

The lovely garden area provides plenty of space for children to play outdoors, and the pool will provide hours of splashy fun, with sun-loungers available for you to keep a close eye on the little ones.

The family-friendly environment of the Algarve means that children are welcomed wherever they go. There are plenty of activities for kids in Vilamoura, including: golf, tennis, diving, canoeing, cycling and sailing boat rental. This villa is based very close to Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, making it the perfect location for beach excursions. There is the fantastic Zoomarine waterpark located close by, as well a fun go karting centre. There are also numerous childrens’ play parks around Vilamoura.

Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 4 nights during low season.
Changeover day Sunday during peak season.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? From 2024 onwards - For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €40 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist tax not applicable.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
