A remarkable and contemporary villa located in the beautiful region of Vale do Lobo, Villa Horta allows guests to feel tranquil and mindful in this truly wonderful home. The exterior of this property may be its most striking asset, featuring a considerable swimming pool in the centre of the grounds. The pool offers incredible views of the nearby surroundings, helping guests feel grounded and relaxed during their time here. Next to the incredible swimming pool is a small lawn area that is covered by an outdoor terrace. In turn, guests can laze around on the soft grass whilst enjoying amazing dishes that have been cooked on the outdoor barbecue. The exterior is also equipped with multiple outdoor seating areas, giving guests a plethora of places to relax and enjoy each other’s company.
 
The interior of the property also adheres to a modern and stylish theme, as seen in the unconventional open-plan living areas. The lounge area uses contrasting sofas in order to layer multiple styles and designs. There is a large black sofa as well as two spacious white leather armchairs. This space also has access to the outdoor terrace, providing an abundance of natural light in one space. The combined kitchen/dining area also continues with a bohemian theme. The dining area makes use of a circular glass-topped table with an accompanying set of monochrome chairs. This decor blends effortlessly with the light wooden cupboards seen in the kitchen area.
 
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a spacious double bed and a large storage unit, making it easier to store your belongings during your stay. This room allows access to an outdoor balcony area. The second bedroom also makes use of a double bed. Plus, this room also allows guests to access the outdoor balcony area, providing them with stunning views of the local area. The third bedroom is located on the lower ground floor and is a lot larger, contains a pair of single beds. This space also contains a large wardrobe and a flatscreen TV. As such, this bedroom is ideal for two small children, helping to keep them entertained and sleeping peacefully.

Villa Horta can be found in Vale do Lobo, a prestigious Portuguese resort that has captured the hearts of many. This region is filled with tantalising tourist attractions such as the Museu Municipal de Arqueologia, which is just 35-minutes away from the centre of Vale do Lobo. This establishment is filled with ancient artefacts that detail over 500 years of Islamic history within Portugal. In addition, this quaint museum also contains a variety of interactive exhibitions that detail more about the popular culture and modern history within the region. Museu Municipal de Arqueologia is open from 9:30 am till 5:30 pm, and the entrance fee for all guests is just €1 each.
 
Vale do Lobo is most known for its tremendous golfing facilities, in particular, the Vale do Lobo Ocean course, and the Vale do Lobo Royal Course. These are both 18-hole courses and are regarded as some of the finest in the world due to their varying difficulty and the awe-inspiring scenery that sits close by. Moreover, there is also a fantastic restaurant on-site, serving a wide range of fresh dishes. Thus, guests can enjoy a superb meal whilst gaze out at the pristine golf courses. The Vale do Lobo Ocean, and Royal courses can be found just a short walk away from the centre of the region, and an 18-hole game costs just €125 each.
 
If you are looking to take in all of the wondrous sights that Vale do Lobo has to offer, then horse riding can provide a completely unique sightseeing experience. Horse riding schools such as Top Hipico gives guests the chance to explore these fascinating landscapes whilst being paired with an exquisite horse. Each guest will also receive a safety briefing beforehand to ensure that they feel completely safe before beginning their journey. Not to mention, the school also offers all of the necessary equipment needed to partake in your first horse ride. Prices for this type of activity are very affordable, with a 1-hour lesson costing just €30. Top Hipico can be found just over half an hour away from Vale do Lobo.

Children will feel right at home in Vale do Lobo due to the wide assortment of tourist attractions located within close proximity to the villa. Zoomarine Algarve is located just over 30-minutes away from Vale do Lobo and offers a theme park experience like none other. This incredible park offers multiple rides, such as a Jurassic-themed rollercoaster and a Pirates adventure attraction. Plus, Zomarine Algarve also offers a variety of water rides and dolphin shows for children to enjoy. There are also a few restaurants available to ensure that the whole family can indulge in a delicious meal. Tickets are also very reasonably priced, with a child’s ticket costing just €19 when purchased online in advance.
 
If you are looking to explore more exhilarating attractions, Parque Aventura is a perfect place to visit. This high-intensity obstacle park is split into a high ropes course and a paintballing field. The high ropes course is designed to suit children’s all varying ages, making this an attraction that is ideal for the whole family. Furthermore, each child will receive a safety briefing before they start in order to make sure that they feel safe and comfortable at all times. The paintballing field also allows for multiple difficulty levels and gives children a chance to explore the field before they begin the first game. Tickets for this attraction start at just €13 for the high ropes course and €18 for paintballing.
 
For older children who enjoy shopping for designer goods, Quinta Shopping Centre can be found just 8-minutes away. Here you will be taken aback by this opulent outdoor shopping mall, equipped with high-end stores such as David Rosas, Dunas Lifestyle, and Escada Sport. This shopping centre also hosts a range of events such as Black Friday and an Algarvian Folk Music Festival, allowing guests to not only pick up some great deals but also absorb themselves into this rich and delightful culture. There is also a range of food establishments located on-site such as The Cheeky Pup, a traditional gastropub looking to revolutionise the local food scene with its off-beat menu.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €400 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
