Villa Almancil offers six airy bedrooms that back on to a quiet private Garden. The villa is handily situated amongst several bars and restaurants and is a short walk from the Encosta do Lago resort, the Lake and Quinta Beach (where free parking is provided).

The villa is comprised of three floors. As you enter through the ground floor, you will pass through the entrance hall where a glassed internal garden runs alongside both the dining area and the outdoor pergola space. The living space is furnished with a flat screen television (English & Portuguese channels) and leads through to a fully fitted kitchen with a microwave, large refrigerator and island.

Finally, there are two en-suite double bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. The remaining bedroom with two single beds can be found in the lower part of the property, which also houses a utility’s space in the basement (washing machine & tumble dryer).

This area also contains a large games room where you can enjoy a game of pool and table tennis. The garden is fully protected by pine trees and vegetation, ensuring complete serenity, which offers right shade from the sun in parts. The swimming pool area is decked with twelve sun loungers, and around children’s pool flows into the swimming pool.

There are two off-road parking spaces, and guests are welcome to use the facilities of the Encosta do Lago Condominium, which consists of a large swimming pool, gym and tennis Courts, making it an ideal holiday home for larger groups or families.

Located just a few minutes from Quinta Do Lago which is considered to be one of the more impressive resorts along the Algarve. The estate is noted for its golf courses, tennis facilities and the well renowned Quinta shopping scene.

This suitable family destination is conveniently positioned by many lakes and is a short drive from the beach, where seasonal water sports are offered. While on the sea-front, there is a selection of dining experiences to be enjoyed.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available in this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included in the rental price, extra €3 per towel to to be paid with the balance.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 4 nights during low season.
Changeover day Sunday during peak season.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €30 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

    This is a great villa which has plenty of accommodation- bedrooms are spacious with bathrooms attached Great location in a fun area We enjoyed our stay!! It just could be a bit more homely!

    Villa Almancila is AMAZING! I stayed here for 4 nights with a big group of friends and we loved it. The rooms are huge with private bathrooms, there is tons of lounge space both inside and outside and we particularly loved the garden, pool, BBQ and cabana in the day and lounging on the upper deck at night. Would highly recommend.
    Thank you so much for accommodating my friends and I! We absolutely loved the villa and have so many great memories to look back on for years :) Muito obrigado!
