THE REGION
Carvoeiro has always been known for its beautiful coastline, adorned with cliffs, coves and incredible sandy beaches stretching all the way along to Albufeira. These days, however, there is a lot more going on in this charming town than just waves hitting the sand (although that’s certainly still a highlight).
In the past few years Carvoeiro has developed to accommodate for the growing number of tourists who are curious to see what the fuzz is all about, and the town continues to get livelier and livelier each summer. While it has kept its character and remains exquisitely peaceful, there are also plenty of modern amenities and loads of exciting activities in the area. The only thing Carvoeiro won’t provide is a good party, but there are other parts of the Algarve which are perfect for that.

Successful vacation! We and especially our children loved it! Great amenities of the house. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and a sufficiently large and clean pool! Beautiful surroundings. Wow factor!
The property and location ideally compliment each other to provide the wow factor. From arrival to departure everything about our stay put a smile on our faces. Perfectly furnished with everything you could need, from swimming pool to books, TV, and all the kitchen equipment, every room combines to provide the perfect holiday base.

Had a great 2 weeks in a fab location
Had a great 2 weeks in a fab location, house layout, with pool was ideal for a restful break. Lots of bars and eateries close by. With a car, the countryside was within easy reach. Local taxi company – Black/Green were very helpful.

I would highly recommend this property. The location is excellent – walking distance from local restaurants / cafes / supermarkets but I suggest hiring a car if you want to get to the main town of Carvoeiro unless you are happy to use taxi services. The property was well maintained, extremely clean and had excellent facilities. A very enjoyable week and would be happy to return.

Feels like home!
Spending a few days in this beautiful apartment, in a very quiet place with a beautiful view was very pleasant. It feels like home. The pool is to be shared with the complex but eventually we were able to enjoy the pool as if it were private as we found ourselves alone which is very rare in the middle of summer. Do not hesitate to rent it, it is very good for a quiet holiday.

Very nice place to stay! We were 2 adults & 2 kids and the house perfectly fitted, with large space outside with 3 terraces that were all well used, especially the lower one with the private pool that was warm and perfectly exposed to the sun. It was our first time in Algarve and Carvoeiro was a perfect place to discover the area from Faro to Lagos with only short drives. Perfect situation, easy access, very clean, equipment ok, shop very close, host helpful, friendly and proactive, we highly recommend!
