Situated just 15 minutes from the centre of Marrakech, the villas are set in 20,000 square metres of fully landscaped gardens, with ancient olive trees, date palms, orange, and pomegranate trees. The estate is fully-staffed and catered, for a hotel-style stay in total privacy and luxury. Guests have access to multiple pools and terraces plus standout wellness and leisure facilities, including hammams, spa treatment rooms, a gym, and a padel tennis court – making it a tranquil, luxurious base for celebrating or unwinding just outside the city.

Facilities

Ezzahra Estate is set up like a private mini-resort: the five villas are equipped with four outdoor swimming pools, three plunge pools, huge terraces, alfresco lounges, dining areas, and a rooftop area for sunset drinks. Wellness is a focus here, with two hammams, dedicated spa and treatment rooms, and on-site gym facilities for keeping your routine while away. For fun and fitness there’s a padel tennis court, a 350m running track through the gardens, games spaces (including a pool table), media/screening rooms, plus outdoor extras like a firepit, Berber tents, projector screen, and plenty of sun loungers dotted around the grounds.

Food & Drink

The estate’s experienced chefs prepare daily meals, selected by guests from a la carte menus. Enjoy a variety of dishes that are made with fresh ingredients and inspired by Moroccan and European cuisine. Children’s menus are available, and the kitchen can accomodate food allergies.

Pilates retreats

Pilates Retreats

Led by experts in Pilates, Mindfulness and Meditation, Ezzahra’s Pilates retreats include twice daily classes of both Pilates and Meditation. Retreats are 4-nights, and stays include all Pilates lessons (2 lessons per day apart from arrival and departure day), Mindfulness and Meditation sessions, all meals and local wine served with meals, non-alcoholic drinks, all beauty treatments, massages, all outings organised within Marrakech and a return airport transfer.

Health & Wellness

Each villa on the estate plays host to a private spa with treatment rooms and a hammam. The spa menu offers a range of beauty treatments using Les Sens De Marrakech products and Moroccan argan oil. These include massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. All treatments are included in the price and can be taken in the spa, terraces, or by the pool. Hairdressers can come to the estate on request, and there are two full-time beauty therapists.

Fitness

Along with the outdoor heated swimming pool, the estate has a fully-equipped gym, with Technogym equipment. There is also a padel court and extensive gardens with a large outdoor chess set, as well as a 350m running, jogging or walking track with various exercise stations along the way.
