This villa offers a quirky and artistic interior with its bright and airy rooms, colourful furniture and marvellous paintings and prints on the walls. The property has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, cosy living room. Due to the many windows and glass patio doors, you can enjoy the magnificent views from inside and outside.
The outside area is just as fantastic, with a fabulous outdoor pool surrounded by shrubbery and equipped with sun loungers. You can see the glistening blue sea and impressive neighbouring mountains and hills from the pool. Additionally, at I Faraglioni, you can take advantage of the covered terrace and dining area and have a lovely meal outside with all of the family.
Moreover, this villa offers a brilliant location only a ten-minute drive away from the nearest beach, Spiaggia Guidaloca. In addition, you can reach a variety of amenities, such as restaurants and bars, in only 10 minutes by car. Also, only ten minutes away are the extraordinary Zingaro Nature Reserve and the picturesque coastal town of Scopello.
Furthermore, from this property, you can easily reach some of Sicily's most exquisite beaches, such as the white sand beach of San Vito Lo Capo, a 50-minute drive away. Additionally, take advantage of Erice's enchanting mediaeval village, 50 minutes by car from the villa. Slightly further afield, you can even get to the magical city of Palermo in 1 hour and 10 minutes by car.

About the surrounding area of I FaraglioniSituated in a serene location surrounded by greenery and rolling hills with sea views which will leave you speechless, this property offers the perfect escape. What’s more, I Faraglioni is only a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach and has a range of amenities, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Additionally, this home has many jaw-dropping nature sites nearby. For example, drive just 10 minutes to the sensational Zingaro Nature Reserve. Here you can combine hiking with some swimming breaks in the crystal-clear water in any of the seven magnificent coves.
Moreover, there are many excellent beaches and coastal towns near the property. Only ten minutes away by car sits the captivating coastal town of Scopello. In addition, drive just 20 minutes to the magical marina of Castellammare del Golfo. Slightly further afield, head 50 minutes by car to reach the mesmerising seaside town and beach, San Vito Lo Capo. Or, go for a dip in the turquoise blue sea at Caletta Del Bue Marino, a 40-minute drive away.
Furthermore, the iconic Temple of Segesta lies only 30 minutes away from the villa by car. This historical landmark used to be an ancient city, but after suffering many conflicts, today, all that’s left is a temple and theatre. Surrounded by wonderful natural scenery, this site offers a fantastic panoramic view as well as being full of history. If you want to visit both the temple and the theatre, it is a bit of a hike from one to the other. However, there is also a bus to take you to the top.
Additionally, several fascinating cities and villages are within reach of the property. Be sure to take advantage of the charming mediaeval village, Erice, which is a 50-minute drive away and perched on top of a rocky cliff offering some unbelievable viewpoints. While here, stop by the castle and the famous Maria Grammatico’s, where you can enjoy some traditional Sicilian delicacies. On top of this, the glorious city of Trapani is only 45 minutes away by car, where you can stroll through the delightful old town. Finally, the island's capital, the incredible city of Palermo, is just an hour and 10 minute drive away.
