Terzo Appartmento
- 90 sq. m. apartment for 6 guests with 2 double bedroom and 1 twin. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and 1 ensuite with a shower. It has a comfortable sitting room with fireplace and corner kitchen.
Quarto Appartmento
- 200 sq.m. apartment for 8 guests with 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms with showers, 2 bathrooms are ensuite. There is a large living room with an imposing fireplace, dining room and kitchen. On the upper floor guest can take advantage of a covered terrace with an extensive view of the surrounding countryside.

In the midst of the gardens you’ll find that the private swimming pool looks out over pristine farmland. On the shady, rustic loggia you’ll open a bottle of wine (or several!) and toast your great fortune, or have an intimate picnic on the ancient stone table on the hillside.
The nearest town is Cetona, a picturesque walled city on a hill with convenient shops and restaurants. San Casciano dei Bagni is a spa and hot spring destination you shouldn’t miss. And with Florence only about 100 km hence, this holiday villa is in the heart of Tuscany.

A reception for up to 50-60 people could be held outside in the large grounds with the possibility of a hired marquee and up to 30 people inside in the villa lounge or under the loggia on the ground floor.
Dancing can take place in any of the same locations with music until as late as you like with no noise restrictions at this villa.
Wedding Ceremony
There could be a symbolic ceremony at this villa in any of the same locations as the reception, listed above.
Civil ceremonies may be possible at the local town hall and Church 4km from the property or at a Monastery & courtyard 10km away.
The owners can provide details of an English-speaking celebrant.
Where to Stay
Up to 20 people can sleep on-site.
Nearby there are farmhouses where over 30 more people could find accommodation.
The owners are able to supply details of local transport firms.
Wedding Planning
Events concerning only guests sleeping at the villa can all be self-run. For larger groups the venue asks the client to use their planning services.
The venue is able to help with all other aspects of the event required and to suggest suppliers.
Catering
The venue will provide any catering services required for the event.

Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.
