With ten bedrooms spread across three levels (including a double bedroom in the Rapunzel-style tower), and many communal spaces and cosy sitting areas, this thoughtfully restored farmhouse makes it easy for everyone to feel at home and maintain privacy while on holiday together. Six of the bedrooms include en suite bathrooms, as well as great views overlooking the vast estate.
Family-style meals are made with ease in the fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, and enjoyed at the expansive dining table with room for the whole group. Or, choose an open-air dining experience on the terrace paired with breathtaking sunsets. Unwind by the pool on warm days, then close the day with a nightcap inside by the fireplace.
While there is much to explore close by, including important Estruscan archaeological sites, guests will also be within close reach of many other historic towns, provinces, cultural attractions, and the famous Chianti wine region. While planning your itinerary, grab a pint at Bar Cavour in the Piazza Garibaldi.

Ask a questionCelebrate your wedding with best friends and family on a hilltop in the Tuscan countryside in the world famous wine region of Montepulciano.
This villa is great whether you would prefer to organise a small event yourselves or have some help with a larger celebration. Both options can easily be achieved in authentic Italian style.
Being surrounded by fields means that your party can continue until as late as you like and there will be plenty of space for you and your guests to feel at ease.
Wedding Reception
The outdoor grounds (with the possibility of a marquee) or large indoor lounge (80m2) can host groups of up to 60 people for the reception. Smaller groups could also be seated on the covered terrace (35m2) of the house.
Dancing can continue in a marquee on the grounds, garden or lounge until as late as you like with no music restrictions.
Wedding Ceremony
It is possible to have a symbolic ceremony on-site in the grounds, marquee or for smaller groups on the covered porch.
Civil ceremonies may be possible 4km away at the local Church or town hall.
The owners can provide the details for an English-speaking celebrant.
Where to Stay
Up to 20 people can sleep on site.
Up to 26 more guests can be housed in a farmhouse 1km from the house and more in other nearby farmhouses.
The owners can supply details of local transport firms.
Wedding Planning
Events related to those sleeping at the villa can all be self-run but the owners supply event planning for those weddings when additional guests will be coming on site.
Catering
The venue provides any catering for the event.

Events must use venue’s planning and catering services.
Venue can make suggestions for all other event requirements.
Cost of catering & set-up will vary depending on wedding (size etc.)
Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.
All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.
