Contrasting the greens and earthy tones of the Valle d'Itria landscape with its crisp white exterior is Trullo Rosanna. Traditional charm meets contemporary style, with a characterful trullo and two modern villas offering relaxed accommodation in a picturesque, rural setting.
Enjoy views over the trullo's classic cone-shaped roofs and the lush treetops from your roof terrace - and country walks that start from the front door. Drive to historic Alberobello and Ostuni within 30 minutes and the town of Martina Franca in under 15.
There's a total of four bedrooms across the accommodation at Trullo Rosanna. Each has a personality of its own, with a warm atmosphere by night and a light feeling in the mornings. The trullo offers a particularly romantic experience as its rooms are separated by curtains for an extra cosy feel.
Places to unwind and spend quality time with friends or family are numerous. From living spaces with comfortable sofas, to both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Many of these indoor spaces lead straight out into the beautiful courtyard area and the wider gardens.
The large courtyard is unmistakably Mediterranean in its look and feel, with leafy plants set against white and stone walls. Dine al fresco with tranquil views over the garden as day turns to evening, then snuggle up on the roof terrace to gaze at the stars.
Hot afternoons will be spent soaking up the peace and quiet in and around the gardens, followed by a refreshing dip in the pool. And when you can tear yourself away from this oasis of calm, you'll find plenty of sightseeing in nearby towns and cities to do too.
The nearest Valle d'Itria town of Martina Franca is less than 15 minutes away by car. Discover a mix of the old and the new, with an old town bordering the more modern part of Martina Franca.
Other Valle d'Itria towns to visit include Locorotondo and Alberobello; which is famous for its trulli-lined streets. The whitewashed city of Ostuni is within a 30-minute drive, and sandy beaches at coastal resorts such as Torre Canne are just a little further away.

Location
About the surrounding area of Trullo RosannaTrullo Rosanna is surrounded by countryside dotted with the orchards and vineyards that are so typical of the Valle d'Itria landscape. This means that wineries and long country walks with glorious views over the picture-postcard area are right on the doorstep.
Hilltop Martina Franca is only 10 minutes away by car and offers a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. It's also one of the most attractive towns within the Valle d'Itria. Stroll along winding streets and take in the beautiful sight of whitewashed houses as you explore its historic centre. The centuries-old walls and gates of the old town act as the dividing line between this area and the modern part of Martina Franca.
A short drive from the villa is Ceglie Messapica. This town is a foodie's heaven as it boasts a large selection of restaurants and pizzerias that serve regional cuisine. Ceglie Messapica is also one of the oldest towns in Puglia, with a particular historic highlight being Il Castello Ducale.
Many other Valle d'Itria towns are also within easy reach, such as Alberobello with its trulli-lined streets and fairytale feel. There's also Cisternino and Locorotondo. Both have an old town, with a wealth of pretty buildings and quaint churches.
Ostuni is known as 'The White City' due to its whitewashed old town and is like a labyrinth with tight networks of staircases and alleyways to explore. Marvel at the remains of the city walls and the beautiful 15th-century Gothic cathedral. And visit the city on a Saturday to browse the fresh fruit and vegetable market with an abundance of local produce.
Reach the coast in just under 40 minutes by car. Torre Canne is one of the most popular resorts in the area and has lovely sandy stretches to relax on. It's also famous for natural hot springs with mineral-rich waters.

Best Suited For: All AgesJust over a 30-minute drive away is picturesque Parco Dune Costiere. It's a natural park that offers plenty of scenic walks and bike rides through landscapes dotted with old farm houses and olive groves. The park also runs to the beach where you can relax and swim in the sea.
The animal and theme park, Zoo Safari, is located just outside the town of Fasano. Children will enjoy a mix of live shows, rides, roller coasters and drive-through safari. Animals to spot include tigers, lions and monkeys.
Acquapark Egnazia is a fantastic water park with facilities for children of all ages. These facilities include a children's activity pool, water slides, wave pool and lazy river.

| End of stay cleaning included? | Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |
| Energy costs included? | Up to 300 KWh per week is included. Any extra is payable locally, based on consumption. |
| Heating costs included? | No, from November to April an extra charge €30/day, payable locally. |
