A beautiful Gothic cathedral surveys it all from its position at the top of the hill.
Many more appealing towns and cities are within easy reach. Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello are all enchanting places to visit inland, while the stunning beaches of the Puglian coast are never far away either – Trullo Joel enjoys the best of both worlds.
