Villa Urbino stands as an enchanting testament to the allure of authentic Italian country life, providing a captivating retreat for those seeking a taste of tranquility in the heart of Le Marche. This farmhouse-style residence, exquisitely restored and tastefully adorned, accommodates up to ten guests, offering a spacious and inviting haven immersed in the region's rich history and local charm.

As you step into Villa Urbino, a symphony of natural light and garden views welcomes you through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The meticulous restoration preserves the home's original features, including stone fireplaces and vaulted, beamed ceilings, juxtaposed seamlessly with modern amenities such as TVs, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, creating a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary comfort.

The ground floor serves as the heart of the villa, featuring a vast living room bathed in a warm yellow hue, adorned with exposed beams and stone work. Here, guests can unwind on plush sofas, gather around a dining table for eight, and revel in the sumptuous décor. The adjacent kitchen, a spacious and well-equipped haven, beckons culinary enthusiasts to prepare meals for their group or indulge in wood-fired pizza making outdoors.

Two bedrooms grace the ground floor, offering flexibility with a twin or double arrangement and an en-suite shower room, alongside another twin room with access to a shared family bathroom. For larger groups, a second living room on this level houses a double sofa bed, ensuring ample sleeping quarters.
Ascending to the upper level reveals additional bedrooms—two doubles and two with twin beds—sharing access to a study space and two shower rooms. Each room is a haven of comfort and style, marrying tradition with contemporary elegance.

Stepping outside, the villa's garden unfolds a picturesque landscape adorned with lawns, olive trees, and fragrant shrubs. A generous private pool invites guests to cool off on warm days, while covered dining terraces, lounging areas with sofas, and an abundance of sun loungers offer idyllic spaces for relaxation and socializing.

Whether opting for leisurely countryside walks or venturing to nearby cities like Urbino and Pesaro, Villa Urbino offers a perfect retreat.
