Perched on a hilltop, surrounded by the beautiful mountainous landscape of Le Marche is Villa Salomonio. This rural, stone home hails from the 16th century and offers a peaceful idyll for your Italian break. Here you are able to get away from it all and swim in the private pool while taking in the panoramic views.
As you approach the villa through ancient woodlands and rolling fields, you will see the charming, historic farmhouse. Set over two floors, this pretty home with shuttered windows has plenty of space to host a large family or a group of friends. Indoors, the rooms are filled with antique furnishings and original features such as an open fireplace and ceiling beams, while also offering modern amenities like Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and a washing machine.
On the ground floor, there is a welcoming living room with seating nestled around the fireplace, a well-equipped, farmhouse style kitchen and a dining room. There is also another living space on the lower ground floor which could be used as an area for the kids to spend time together.
The five bedrooms are located upstairs and can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. Each of the bedrooms offers neutral, calming tones and crisp linens to facilitate a great night’s sleep. There are three bedrooms with double beds and two rooms which have a single bed as well as a double which would suit those with a young child.
Outdoors, Villa Salomonio is enveloped by a lush, leafy garden. The tranquil garden is a wonderful space for everyone to come together where you can cook dinner on the barbecue and dine on the covered terrace. The large pool is perfect for a refreshing swim after a busy day out.
Though rurally situated, there are a number of villages and towns within easy reach of the villa. The closest amenities can be found in the village just 5km away.
