  • Wonderful house!

    on 12/08/2023

We are a group of friends who vacation together once a year in summer and have seen a lot of the world. This is one of the nicest spots we have been to. Such a wonderful and charming place! The pool, the views, the terrace, we would love to stay longer. We enjoyed our time so much and hope to return.

  • What a wonderful house!

    on 05/08/2023

We have had a brilliant week here spending time in the pool and enjoying the wonderful wines. We have been to the beach a couple of times, visited many cafes and gelateria’s , and climbed Monte Vittorie. Brilliant week spent with friends and we would all love to come back again.

  • We dont want to go home!

    on 29/07/2023

This place of yours is absolutely fantastic. Every little detail of the house is beautiful and the surroundings here has kept us in a mindful state of mind the whole week. We have been two families from Denmark here, and we have all enjoyed the pool, the big social dining area and all the good opportunities you offer with the house. We did take short trips to the beach for a day and also a trip to the market but we really enjoyed being in the house and by the pool in the wonderful weather. We will all really like to come back again

A wonderful week with my family whilst celebrating a marriage. We have all had such a happy time and look forward to returning to this stunning part of the world.

  • Fabulous stay

    on 05/10/2022

We’ve just returned from a fabulous stay at Cerqua Bella. We were first-timers to Italy, and the Marche region was not originally on our “must visit” list of places to see, but we cannot recommend it enough! We built a three-week Italian trip around a week at this villa, which proved to be a wonderful plan. After a busy week in Rome, it was a beautiful drive across the country to commence a week of relaxation, wine tasting, beaches, hilltop towns, pool time, and great food - both cooked at home and out. Calm, and without the frenzied tourist scenes we experienced in Florence, Venice and Rome, our group of seven quickly settled in to the region. The chef’s kitchen had everything we needed to prepare delicious group meals for breakfast and dinner (and the local food prices were amazing!) We also took advantage of a local chef suggested by the owners to set us up with a first night dinner and pantry stock as well as a final night four-course dinner, beautifully prepared and served for us. The property is huge - with fields, fruit trees, views, and a beautiful pool. The villa itself was everything we’d dreamed of - modern upgrades seamlessly placed within a beautiful, multi-room stone farmhouse with ample space to spread out, relax, read, play games, cook and more. Places we visited included the spectacular grotto and caves in Frasassi, olive oil tasting in Ascoli Piceno, wine tasting at several local small wineries with winemakers who literally came in from their fields to welcome us, a beach day - so many choices for this - fantastic seafood, coffee and fresh pasta. The entire stay was perfection. Highly recommend.

  • Vacation of a lifetime

    on 30/09/2022

A reunion of 5 women who had worked together 10 years ago turned into a vacation of a lifetime! We had 7 perfect days at Cerqua Bella and enjoyed every single moment, the beautiful Villa was so spacious and inviting for such an event and we utilized every highlight of the property from the family kitchen, where we dined together for breakfast each day, to the formal dining room, where we brought in a guest chef, to the beautiful Pergola, where we enjoyed many glasses of wine, to the beautiful swimming pool, where we enjoyed music and friendship. Each day we planned a different adventure from beach clubs to truffle hunts to wine tastings to ceramic shopping to a private yacht on the Adriatic! What a week it was, we will never forget the beauty of Cerqua Bella, and of the beautiful Marche region that we enjoyed so much. I can’t wait to return again. I also want to thank our hostess for helping us to arrange all of our activities and gave us so many great ideas. We couldn’t have done it without her!

  • Beautiful home

    on 24/09/2022

Visited with a group of girlfriends for a week. Hosts were extremely helpful in arranging excursions and dinners. House was absolutely stunning! Enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space with sunsets in the evening, of course with a glass of wine in hand! Hosts even arranged for a chef to come in one evening and cook us an authentic Italian dinner. Will definitely come back and highly recommend booking this beautiful home!!

  • Incredible!

    on 27/08/2022

Incredible! The best villa we have rented. We have had the most amazing two weeks with 3 families. The villa is beautiful, interior design and a fantastic kitchen with all the mod cons! The pool and outside areas were very generous. The host was fantastic and responded immediately as did the local management team! We will all have fantastic memories and hope to return!

  • Perfect

    on 06/08/2022

Cerqua Bella was the perfect place for our family holiday. The beautiful villa became home to 13 family members across 3 generations, with ample bedrooms, bathrooms and living space for us all. There was something for everyone…the pool became a haven from the searing heat, the stunning surroundings gave us a sense of peace and the wonderful entertaining space came alive when we hosted a bbq for 35! The location was perfect: 20 minutes from the long sandy beach of Porto San Giorgio, 5 minutes from welcoming vineyards for wine tasting and 10 minutes from our favourite Italian village Petritoli where we have many memories. The host was great and easily contactable with any small problems during our stay. We hope to be back in the future!

  • Wonderful

    on 26/03/2022

Had a wonderful month in Cerqua Bella. Friends came throughout the month and we traveled the area, ate some amazing food, enjoyed the historical sights around us. Had a chef, referred by the owners, come and cook for us - fabulous. The house was warm, comfortable and easy to live in.

  • Highly recommend

    on 01/01/2022

Visited Cerqua Bella with a group over the Christmas holiday. The house is beautiful and with 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths and a half bath, it comfortably fit our group of 11. Rooms are generous, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Was lucky enough to have a room facing East so I was rewarded with stunning sunrise views over the hills every morning, Bathrooms and showers are all upgraded. Kitchen is perfectly appointed, and we enjoyed cooking multiple meals there. Both the dining room and outdoor eating area comfortably seat 12 or more. On our last evening, we took the suggestion of having a chef come cook a four-course dinner for us. It was an incredible dinner and I can say it was definitely a highlight of our visit. The location is perfect. 10KM from the Adriatic and the charming town of Pedaso where we met the fishermen in the morning to buy seafood for our Christmas Eve feast of the seven fishes. We were able to make easy day trips to the hilltop towns of Fermo and Ascoli Piceno. Pedaso also has a train station that whisked us away to Bologna for a quick excursion. Staying closer to the house it is an easy walk into the little town of Rubbianello for a morning coffee or an afternoon Prosecco at the local bar. A small hike up the hill rewarded us with views of the Adriatic on one side and the snow covered slopes of the Sibilini mountains on the other. Can recommend Mama Rosa for fantastic pizza in nearby Ortezzana and the Cantine Antisociale wine bar in Petritoli. Definitely planning on making a return trip to Cerqua Bella, especially during the warmer season when I can enjoy the lovely swimming pool. Highly recommended.

  • Exceeded expectations

    on 11/09/2021

Cerqua Bella exceeded my expectations! A secluded luxury farmhouse only minutes to the sea. It’s a wonderfully relaxing place to return to after a day trip to Rome or Bologna…or you could spend weeks exploring the local hillside towns and lounging by the pool. The kitchen is a dream as are the en-suite bedrooms, each with a different name. My favorite views are from the “Limone” suite. Come and see for yourself!
