The wonderful Villa Alcides is one of six brand new properties that have been built in the historic village of lalysos which sits on the north western coast of Rhodes. Lalysos is just twenty minutes drive from the Old Town of Rhodes. Villa Alcides boasts a fabulous open plan living space, three bedrooms, an additional sleeping space and a private garden with a pool and a lovely alfresco dining area.

Like the other five properties, Villa Alcides offers unique Scandinavian architecture with Greek detailing, all with minimalist and simplistic design. Guests staying in the six villa ahre an excellent alfresco barbecue and wood oven kitchen and dining area with the other properties. There is also a shared laundry facility with washing machines and dryers. It is a great concept that offers privacy to guests yet with the addition of a few added extras.

With three bedrooms and the double bed which sits just off the living area, Villa Alcides sleeps up to seven guests. The design is pretty cool with a large open plan living space and an informal bedroom space to one side. There is a curtain that can be drawn across making it more private. Guests sleeping in this pretty space wake to beautiful garden views looking through their giant floor-to-ceiling picture window. The living space offers a smart, sleek, fully equipped kitchen with excellent appliances, a dining area and a living area. The furniture is trendy and comfortable. Guests can sit on the sofa and chairs watching the wall-mounted Smart television or enjoying the garden views. For cooler months there is a modern fire.  

Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open to the garden where you will find a small private pool, sun  loungers, a seating area and alfresco dining under a pergola. There are some lovely tropical plants in the borders. It is a lovely peaceful area, perfect for topping up your tan and reading your holiday book. Guests are welcome to use the shared alfresco kitchen with its barbecue and wood oven and delightful dining area.

On the first floor, you will discover two delightful double rooms and one single. The beds in the villa are all beautifully dressed with crisp cottons and contrasting soft furnishings. One of the double bedrooms enjoys an immaculate ensuite bathroom with a shower. Guests staying in the other bedrooms share a brilliant fitted, luxurious family bathroom. There are trendy hanging rails for your clothes, in keeping with the villa’s chic Scandinavian styling.
