Villa Kyros I is one of two remarkable villas on the prestigious Kyros Estate. Both villas can be booked together if you have a special birthday, wedding, anniversary or if you simply want to spend a fantastic week with a large group of 32 friends and family. Villa Kyros I can be booked separately for 16 guests. This fabulous villa is situated in an incredible spot within walking distance of the famous Paradise and Paraga Beaches and with fabulous, panoramic views to the nearby islands of Paros and Naxos. Villa Kyros I is absolutely remarkable and offers eight exceptional bedroom suites, each with their own immaculate en-suite bathroom, an outstanding infinity swimming pool, a relaxation or children’s pool, a games/playroom, eye-catching artworks, first-class furnishings and idyllic relaxation spaces. Kyros Estate boasts its own private bay with the possibility to anchor, extensive beautifully manicured gardens and fantastic entertainment space.
Paradise and Paraga Beaches are a playground for guests from all over the world wanting to party to the sounds of famous international DJ’s. The beaches are fabulously well organised during the day for the sun-bronzed guests and come alive in the evenings. Mykonos is a gorgeous island with breathtaking beaches, picturesque sugar-cubed villages, a lush interior and an outstanding dining scene.
Villa Kyros I boasts an excellent concierge service offering supplementary yacht charters, professional chefs, on-site wellness massage and beauty treatments, diving courses, executive car rental and babysitting for an additional cost.
Like its sister villa, Villa Kyros I is seriously impressive with eight luxurious bedrooms with en-suites, a contemporary kitchen, an atmospheric indoor dining room, a playroom and a guest cloakroom. The ground floor open plan living, dining and kitchen area is stunning with tasteful, exquisite decor. Traditional Mykonian style elements blend brilliantly with contemporary, minimalistic features and design. The living area opens directly to the first-class outdoor covered alfresco dining and lounge area. The glorious bedroom suites are on the lower floor with direct access to the lower outdoor terrace, swimming pools and the private bay. The large infinity pool is gorgeous and is surrounded by deluxe sun loungers and pergolas. The smaller shallow pool is perfect for children or just for relaxation and to cool off.

About the surrounding area of Villa Kyros IThe island of Mykonos boasts numerous pretty, whitewashed villages in amongst the lush interior, 25 beautiful beaches, trendy, upmarket beach clubs and over 800 chapels and churches. The dining scene is cosmopolitan and ranges from delicious, upscale fine dining to comforting Greek meals and popular Italian pasta. The island offers local produce, including delicious cheeses.
The gorgeous Mykonos Town is vibrant and very pretty. The charming cobbled lanes are draped with colourful bougainvillaea and are lined with sugar-cubed buildings whose balconies are decorated with colourful flower boxes. The famous Matogliani Street is very popular with shoppers seeking dazzling jewellery shops and label-laden designer shops. There are also many art galleries offering colourful artworks. The enviable dining scene and trendy bars are very impressive. Little Venice’s crazy paved waterside terrace is brimming buzzy bars and guests enjoying the glorious sunsets.
Paradise Beach Club celebrates 50 years of history and hosts incredible, renowned parties led by the world’s best DJ’s. Tables and booths can be booked in advance to guarantee your groovy spot. Revellers are transported from club to club. It is upmarket and Greece’s answer to Ibiza. The popular Paraga Beach neighbours Paradise Beach and enjoys fabulous views the sacred island of Delos.
Delos Island can be reached by boat from the harbour at Mykonos Town. It is one of the most important mythological, historical and archaeological sites in Greece. The excavations are among the most extensive in the Mediterranean. You will enjoy a memorable visit, whether you are passionate about Greek history or just an incidental tourist. Fine collections can be enjoyed at the island’s museum, and you can take a guided tour of the island if you wish. There is plenty to see including the houses of Dionysos and Cleopatra, sanctuaries of the Egyptian and Syrian Gods, the Sacred Lake, Naxian Lions and various temples. It is very evocative, and you will not be disappointed.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Kyros I is ideal for a family holiday. The estate is absolutely gorgeous and boasts a prime position close to Paradise and Paraga Beaches. The villa is very spacious and enjoys a playroom as well as a children’s pool and infinity pool. The landscaped gardens are beautiful with walkways all around.
Within easy walking distance, the fabulous Paradise and Paraga Beaches offer sunbeds, parasols, bars, restaurants and many watersports. Mykonos boasts 25 beaches which range from long stretches of glorious fine sand to intimate coves and thrilling bays adored by windsurfers and kitesurfers. Windsurf Mykonos and Kite Mykonos offer various courses to learn to ride the waves. There are also several dive companies who will take you to the best dive centres around the island. There are two shipwrecks, reefs and a fantastic underworld world. There are many family-friendly beaches on the island. Kalo Livadi, Kalafatis, Platys Gialos, Elia and Ornos beaches are all very popular. Children will love splashing and swimming in the crystal clear turquoise waters, kayaking around the coastline and paddleboarding.
Mykonos Town welcomes families and offers excellent variety with its cuisine. Children love the outdoor cinema set in an adorable botanical garden. A lovely restaurant serves pre-film supper and the films start at 9pm and 11pm. Children adore Little Venice with its cute souvenir shops, buzzy cafes and bars and the picturesque windmills perched up on the hill.
