Villa Paliouri Epsilon is a two-bedroom retreat for four guests tucked away in stunning Halkidiki, Greece. Cradled by lush Mediterranean landscapes, it’s set inside Kappa Resort looking onto the glorious Toroneos Bay.
Spanning 150 square meters, the villa features neutral tones and white-washed decor, creating a light, beach-inspired atmosphere. The open deck is designed to enhance your enjoyment of the pleasant weather, with a private pool and comfortable lounge chairs surrounded by lush greenery.
An additional terrace is available on the upper floor, where you can start your day with yoga, enjoy cocktails, or indulge in an in-villa massage. A four-seater coffee table is provided for outdoor dining. The villa also offers pilates, aqua zumba, and aqua aerobics sessions with expert trainers.
Inside, the living area is characterized by sleek white interiors, flowing curtains, and modern decor. The puffy grey sofa opens onto the breezy terrace, and you can watch shows on the 43-inch LED flat-screen satellite TV or have family meals at the indoor dining table. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee and tea maker and high-quality appliances for preparing meals. The two bedrooms continue the airy, white-washed theme, each featuring double beds, picture windows, and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay.
A private beach is an amble away (350 m). Enjoy a range of outdoorsy activities like hiking, fishing and snorkelling. Rent electric bikes from inside the resort and have an unforgettable time under the tropical sun. Dig into aromatic Greek delicacies at the resort’s gourmet restaurant and sip on decadent cocktails amidst luscious views of the sea. Make sure to check with the staff for their special wine-tasting nights, where you can interact with local vintners and learn the process of wine-making.

It’s located 120 kilometres from the Thessaloniki Airport in the quaint village of Paliouri, at the southern tip of the Kassandra peninsula. Cradled by the swaying pine forests of Halkidiki, it’s a treasure trove of deep blue waters, green peninsulas and sweeping vistas.
The villa offers a tranquil respite from the city's rut while still being close to a pulsating nightlife. Dip your toes in the pristine ocean, spend evenings of solitude in the private garden or begin the day with a refreshing yoga session in the comfort of your room. You can just as easily head outside and check out the plethora of bars and clubs nearby.

How to reach Halkidiki
The nearest airport is the International Airport of Thessaloniki. This is about 16km from Thessaloniki. From this region of Thermi you can get to Halkidiki by bus or Taxi. There are several domestic flights that run from Athens Airport to the airport in Thessaloniki too.
