On the ground floor, you enter into the elegantly designed living room with Mediterranean style white walls and furniture, the upholstery, cushions and drapes picking up on the blues. Two sumptuous sofas (which can be converted to single beds) and several occasional chairs set around an open fire occupy this superb space with floor to ceiling windows and doors opening onto the terrace.
This open plan room also has an indoor dining area and a fabulous fully equipped kitchen.
The fully furnished L shaped terrace leads to the small private garden laid out with areas of lush grass, and your beautiful 30sqm mosaic tiled private pool.
On the upper floor, there are three beautiful, spacious double bedrooms, with gorgeous bed linen and lots of wardrobe space. Two of the rooms have access to a furnished terrace with wonderful views out to Toroneos Bay and to the tree planted hillside. There is a shared bathroom on this floor and a shower room with WC downstairs.
The gardens within this fabulous complex are immaculately maintained. The vivid green grassy areas, small flower beds and several ancient olive trees lovingly protected during the construction surround the centrepiece 65sqm freshwater swimming pool with wide terrace and fun oversized loungers. You may wish to socialise with other guests here, or, perhaps you may just want to sit and enjoy the feeling of being on holiday whilst soaking up the sun, admiring the views and having a drink from the poolside bar.
If you want to feel the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves lapping the shore instead of being by the pool, the complex has its own private beach some 200m from your front door. Here you can enjoy total peace and quiet as there are no beach bars close by.
